I see the death toll in Spain from the rains has gone up to 158. I believe Father Olviera from Brazil predicted this for Spain about a month ago. I must check:

A real "Mascot"

To me this mascot represents clearly the deception of the antichrist. Anime is a distortion of the image and likeness of God. It presents a man-made human-like creation in place of the likeness of God in which we were created. We see this distortion all around us in our post-Masonic world. The Masons have set out to re-create this world in their own image. The banal, ugly, distorted architecture, paintings, "art" and music that seeks to worship man and his "creativeness" which is actually distortion stemming from a sinful interior mindset...pride.

This demonic prideful deception of seeking to become our own creators has even changed societal perceptions so that those seeking to mutilate themselves to transform into the opposite sex is seen as normal.

It was the temptation to Adam and Eve...Disobey God and become gods yourselves. Re-create creation in your own disobedient, disfigured sinful image. It is the mind of the lawless one.

"Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God. 5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you this? 6 And you know what is restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way."

I’m not the mascot’s biggest fan but to be fair, that is a pilgrim’s staff Luce is holding, and the shells in her eyes are traditional symbols of pilgrimage.

There exists an a multicoloured rosary with each decade a different colour to represent different continents/peoples of the earth. Hence, blue for Oceania, red for the Americas, yellow for the Orient, green for the Muslim world and white for the West. The tail of the rosary contains these colours. I like this rosary for children as it’s colourful even if you don’t know the significance. I suspect this is the rosary Luce has.

I don’t know if this mascot will appeal to the young. I hope it does but am not holding my breath. I don’t think it’s a conscious effort to introduce evil by the back door, but is rather the result of a committee of ageing clerics and their friends trying to get down with the kids. It’s better than the three eyed thing anyway.

 

They literally picked a company to make this "mascot", that appeals to children, which makes sex toys that have devils on them, a company that also promotes all the lgbtq degeneracy. The church could have picked anyone to make a mascot character that doesn't have these kinds of connections. They could have had a drawing contest from kids entering from all around the world if they wanted kids to be a part of this. Too many dark coincidences, it is my suspicion this anime character is likely steeped in witchcraft as well.

One way or another it will all come out.

 

Very sad, I'd say, this doll.

Lately, now that I'm in my 70s, I've been in danger of feeling cranky and out of touch. The above mascot is a case in point. When my kids were young, we'd pray a Rosary in the evening. If it were the Joyful Mysteries we prayed, we'd point to a depiction (statue or painting of Our Lady) and share with the children how wonderful a Mother she is. If it were the sorrowful mysteries, we'd point to the crucifix and share how Christ went to the Cross out of love for each one of us. This idea of childish depictions to draw us to the Faith is for the birds.

Why is it that for every favorable depiction of the Faith, we are offered such banal art? I'm not saying it's necessarily evil, but...

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

 

If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like a duck... I ask you to check on Ann Barnhardt's recent posts, with those pictures of Pope Francis entering Mass in 2018 with that witch's stang presented to him by a woman wearing a bracelet known to be a witch's symbol and tell me that's a 'pilgrim's staff'. To me, this ambiguity is pure gaslighting, having a laugh at our expense. The Catholic doctrine of assuming the best of others' motives must have its limits. Before making a final decision, 'google' 'pilgrim's staff' and see what images of a staff comes up-how many resemble a 'stang'? I bounteously apologize for my bluntness; I'm afraid I'm riled up. It's nothing personal, Clare, I assure you. I'd say the same to anybody.

 

I didn't even know what a witches tang was until you posted it. I image searched and it is exactly what the mascot is holding. I don't even want to know what this stuff is, but we have to stay on top of it.

 

There are pictures on the internet of the presentation of the stang to Pope Francis at the 2018 synod. This one had a nail through both branches. I have read that this is meant to symbolise a mockery of the Crucifixion. At any rate, our pope brought this into his Mass, as far as I can gather.

 

Definitely a creepy looking thing.
