Could I ask for a prayer or two for a good, holy priest who is close to meeting Our Lord.... Someone had mentioned him on the forum a few years ago ~ "The wonderful old priest who said mass is to be commended- saved by The Blessed Mother early in his priesthood he told us." Honestly, Father Alec is the most saintly priest I've ever met....
I will say a prayer or two for Fr. Alec. With the attention span of a flea, I sometimes worry that my prayers aren't devout enough so from time to time I have Masses offered for special intentions. My next special intention will be for all prayer requests posted on the forum. Fr. Alec will be included.
I agree. We had him come to a niece with ALS and he anointed her and told her she must go to confession also . So saintly! I had a dream - very vivid- just before her funeral and she was in a wheelchair with a BIG smile and waving. We had been going to her often and saying the Chaplet of Mercy. She couldn’t move a finger. So thankful for Father!
I can very much relate! Offering a Mass is a good idea! I usually add a statement for all those intentions that I promised but can’t bring to mind
