When one combines all these events and incidents and takes into consideration the type of disreputables, many from his native Argentina (to which he has never returned since obtaining the papacy), that he has surrounded himself with in the Vatican, it is difficult to avoid all sorts of appalling suspicions from entering one's mind. Agree. There are secrets, and there is prudent discretion. Imho, in these days, that distinction has been lost. And that has led to a general distrust among people in general. The so called "listening crowd" these days do not listen to understand, they listen so they can provide what has been deemed to be the "correct reply". In a "politically correct" "woke" world, the truth (along with Truth) is lost. If it was prudent discretion that led to the suppression of the Third Secret of Fatima, so be it. Only God knows the answer to that now. I won't even get into what was finally released. But the trust factor nosedived after that. Our Lady, however, did not give up. And neither should we. I myself pray for a swift return of Charity in Truth, and the healing that goes along with it. This world is in dire need of it.
