"There's about 1,250 pieces of military equipment coming into this port," said Col. Robert Kellam, overseeing the operation on the U.S. side. The equipment includes M-1 Abrams tanks and Bradley Fighting Vehicles from the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, of Fort Hood, Texas. Dutch armed forces are helping with marine security and guarding the port area where the vehicles will be housed before they continue east. Following Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, NATO has been strengthening its battle groups in states from the Baltic Sea in the north to the Black Sea in the south.

Wow, so much to take in here. I know they have explained away the grounded flights, but who knows. I didn't realize this 'glitch' affected Canadian flights too, and CP brought up the very recent Southwest disaster. Why has air travel suddenly been turned upsidedown? I pray Russia will refrain from using nuclear weapons, there will be no turning back. I'm a bad prepper. I was forced to stock up during the pandemic, but with prices as high as they are now prepping would be very costly.
I believe that flights in the UK and the Philippines were shut down too for a bit. I think I read this in the comments along with Michigan’s 911 service being down for 24 hours and some of their electric substations were down too. Crazy times.
When a nation counts Iran, North Korea, Belarus, Chechnya (and possibly China) as its only close friends, we don't need to think too hard before reaching some obvious conclusions. Judge a nation by the company it keeps. A recent Russian 'current affairs' programme reported that women in the UK are selling their bodies for tins of food and that German households are eating the candles that their government has issued to light their homes for the lack of Russian gas! Now they are disrupting vital computer systems in airlines and other vital/necessary services in the west and it's going to get worse. Their easy victory eluded them and so they are trying to blackmail governments into not supporting their chosen enemies - fellow slavs and Orthodox.
