I really admire the Canadians for being so kind and gentle to each other in these protests. Non Violent. It reminds me of Dr Martin Luther King, there is something deeply Spiritual about it . In Ireland as I was growing up we had protests and rally and demonstrations, often for Civil Rights nearly all the time. They pretty well all ended up in violence, often in gun battles with people, sometimes many people, getting killed and seriously injured. So watching the Canadians doing things this was has been a real eye opener for me. This kind of non violence can only attract the blessings of God. It is so very impressive. They don't even seem to employ foul language very much.
They are a good example to the world….and because they did it right, they have gained the respect of the freedom lovers around the globe. May Our Dear Lord reward them!
Padraig, Yes, the protesters in Canada have been very peaceful. Unfortunately, the police are breaking the windows of some of the trucks, towing them and arresting some of the protesters. In addition, near the beginning of this video Pat King mentions that the police have engaged an LRAD machine against some of the protesters. Pat King is suggesting that the truckers regroup at a truck stop called the Antrim truck stop. Antrim sounds familiar, right? I always think of the Troubles when things like this happen. I remember my mom showing me a magazine from that time (early 80's) which had pictures of the children that were maimed and killed by the British soldiers with those awful plastic bullets. Still praying.+
Troody can't stop Canada or the world from seeing from where the violence emanates. One advantage of the internet.
I met a mother one time who had eight children. She lost both eyes when she was shot full in the face by a British soldier in her own home. I asked her how she got over being blind and the horrible injuries and taking care of her children. She said she just could not do it and only wanted to die. But she said she started to recover when she forgave the soldiers who did it. Such a lovely, peaceful , holy woman.
Ha! Those hosers (look it up) are good men and women, but there's plenty of hockey language going on in the feeds so cover your kid's ears Here's a good live feed from the front line, the Ottawa cops just trampled some poor lady with horses trying to push the line back. Horrible optics for them so they pulled the horses but this will get real tonight, they expect throngs of hosers to head to Ottawa in the morning to reinforce the people there and the cops are tasked with shutting it all down. Pray for these good men and women standing up for themselves, and standing up for those cowering in their homes afraid of the big bad wolf:
Here you go… Trudeau’s Canada with his Storm Troopers. A woman in walker peacefully protesting with the words, “ peace, love , happiness” - trampled by cops on horses. This needs to go viral and protestors need to stay peaceful. This video speaks volumes. And Trudeau and his backers own it. Prayers
One of the steps the Ottawa police are doing is confiscating truckers' pets, saying if the truckers don't reclaim their pets within 8 days, the pets will be euthanized! I guess anything goes when you assume dictatorial powers! Lord have Mercy!
Trudeau and his friends are destroying themselves before our very eyes. He is making martyrs. A terrible mistake, the same one the English made in Ireland. It is the end for him.
Sorry to learn that. Prayers for her. To know her last words were peace, love, and happiness makes me think the Lord will look kindly upon her.
This is interesting. Posted by Ottawa Police on Twitter... Ottawa Police @OttawaPolice 'We hear your concern for people on the ground after the horses dispersed a crowd. Anyone who fell got up and walked away. We're unaware of any injuries. A bicycle was thrown at the horse further down the line and caused the horse to trip. The horse was uninjured.'
Whoever operates the camera in the Shed said that she didn't die. He said that she and another lady were injured by the horses. She was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The other lady was pushed aside by police. Someone let the truckers take her to his hotel room and they were able to get paramedics to treat her there and she's recovering. He also said that a third person has face injuries. He doesn't do continuous commentary but give occasional updates. He has just given another update which you can hear very near the end of the livestream. He said that they are expecting a lot of people to be there tomorrow, and that police are letting people through at some intersections. They also give updates on Instagram (live.from the shed). Travel Fun 69 is livestreaming now from the area at the hotel where the trucks are being towed away:
