I was a member of a Group on Face Book on Contemplative Prayer. I was fine posting until I started making critiques on Pope Francis having hearing him quoted a reliable guide on prayer. The Moderator of the Group stated that she believed to be, 'Mad' and that she was, 'Appalled' by my views. Many Catholics, good Catholics regard views stated by the Vatican and the Holy Father as the voice of God coming from Mount Sinai. If the Holy Father were to suggest that we should place a saucepan on our heads and wear gold fairy wings as a means of combatting the virus they would be earnestly searching Amazon as to getting the right size of Fairy Wings. Anyone who dared suggest that Fairy Wings might not work would , by definition, be mad, appalling and a bad Catholic. That's just the way it is. The Pope is the Voice of God on Sinai and Popes are the living Moses and anyone who asks questions is a member of Satan's Army on Earth... ...now where's that saucepan...
I love listening to Fr. Goring. Unfortunately what he is prescribing - waiting for words of “hope” - will not happen. The medical community and mainstream media have already discredited natural immunity to the point that the general public no longer believes it is the best (God given) anecdote to this plandemic. IMO the world health community and powers that be have convinced the masses - including our leaders in the Church- that vaccinations and never ending boosters are the only answer. As a physician working in the trenches and treating Covid infections in both the vaccinated and unvaccinated (with a current 100% cure rate using FLCCC Aliance guidelines) I can assure you that it is those that have natural immunity that are the most protected. I do pray we would hear words of hope from our leaders that the Omicron variant is actually what the world needs to put a stop to this plandemic through natural immunity. Unfortunately, I’m convinced it won’t happen. For now we must all bow to living in (manufactured) constant fear.

Mr. Rostepe is indeed human - a human who claims to have received his message direct from God. There's a difference between misinterpreting "whether the jab kills me or not is not my major concern" to mean that the person has been vaccinated (no vaccine ever having killed someone who hadn't taken it) and applying a meaning other than what was contained in Mr. Rostepe's rant. His intentions may be good. If so, I hope that when he climbs down from his high horse he has the good sense to retract his rant or at least explain in more charitable, Catholic terms whatever message he was trying to convey. I don't recall watching any of his other videos. If they're all like the one you posted, the Evangelicals must view him as the gift that keeps on giving. I hope that the video you posted doesn't come to their attention. I wish you all the best, Julia, and have no more to say about Mr. Rostepe other than that I won't ever watch another of his videos.
Dr Mark- first of all, thank you for your service - and I truly mean that as a soldier on the front lines doing your best to support ALL patients. May God reward you for that! Second, as a person who had this back in Nov 2020, I’m seeing more articles indicating Omicron may be able to get around past infection. I’m wondering if you have seen any data on that? But even if reinfection did occur in these cases, I’m also wondering if it would also be milder as apparently (at least what MSM is reporting) those who are vaccinated are experiencing with Omicron. We are supposed to give due attention to what the Pope says. That some people treat his every word and deed as divinely inspired is sad and does a disservice to the Church. Here's what the CDF said last December in their document justifying their support for these abortion tainted vaccines: "The moral duty to avoid such passive material co-operation is not obligatory if there is a grave danger, such as the otherwise uncontainable spread of a serious pathological agent - in this case the pandemic spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes Covid-19." And here's their instruction to conscientious objectors: "..........must do their utmost to avoid by other prophylactic means and appropriate behaviour, becoming vehicles for the transmission of the infectious agent. In particular they must avoid any risk to the health of those who cannot be vaccinated, for medical or other reasons, and who are the most vulnerable". So, what now that the leaky vaccines don't stop the spread of the virus? Is that vaccine justification removed for healthy, less vulnerable people? Are the vaccinated morally bound to follow the instructions given to the unvaccinated? If so, will the Vatican put its weight behind the calls for the removal of prohibitions on doctors prescribing prophylactic and early treatment? Or are they going to row in behind the new, expensive anti-viral drugs irrespective of any links to abortion as they did with the vaccines? I suspect that they will continue to promote both the vaccines and the new drugs. Time will tell.
Miker thank you for your prayers. We have not seen the new variant yet in our community. I also had the original Covid 19 variant like you in December 2020. I haven’t seen any data yet either. However, I expect at least some protection and I check my antibody levels about every 3 months and they’re still very protective. Even if the original natural antibodies turn out to be protective I’m still taking Vitamin I per the FLCCC Alliance guidelines. I just see so many sick patients especially this time of year that I think it’s best to protect myself and my family.
So looking at this part of FLCCC guidelines…. Antiviral mouthwash: Gargle 3 x daily (do not swallow; must contain chlorhexidine, povidone-iodine, or cetylpyridinium chloride). Iodine nasal spray/drops: Use 1 % povidone-iodine commercial product as per instructions 2–3 x daily. If 1 %-product not available, must first dilute the more widely available 10 %-solution6 and apply 4–5 drops to each nostril every 4 hours. (No more than 5 days in pregnancy.) does this means Listerine is acceptable? I’ve seen some recommending Xlear for nasal spray, but this looks like a different recommendation? Anyone have recommendations on a 1 % povidone-iodine commercial product nasal spray?

I agree…the media and the government Medical cabal have lost credibility because of their obvious refusal to recognize natural immunity. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge its efficacy. Because of this, I have not only zero respect for anything they say, I actually mistrust most of what they say. There has to be a nefarious reason to continue to dismiss natural immunity to advance the jab….the question is why? Because the science on natural immunity is undeniable.
I'm not holding my breath while awaiting change. It seems that these days it's enough to mention in passing what we hold to be true while denying it in practice. "We would if we could but we can't" is an excuse that can be applied to anything. The barque has listed in the past but didn't sink. I'm sure that Church documents contained references to the sinfulness of fornication during the papacy of Alexander V1. Alexander probably condemned it when preaching to the choir. Best for us to live as best we can being mindful of our duty of obedience and trust that God won't let the barque capsize.
Marino sure said some surprising things in that video. I was reminded of one of this earlier talk in 2020 where he said that all the conspiracy theories were probably true! So maybe he has been bombarded with conflicting information over the months from "fundamentalist types" They do exist after all. This man seems like a simple person to me, not one to analyze the worldly situation, plus as a mystic he keeps his eyes on God and not on the evil shenanigans going on below. In a way, I envy his simplicity. Life sure is easier for people like him right now isn't it? The sad thing is that listening to conspiracy theories probably drag his thoughts down to earth, which is not where they belong. People who expect him to understand their suffering probably aren't broaching the subject in the right way with him. I mean, Christians were thrown into arenas centuries ago and did they complain of conspiracy theories? The truth of the battle is in the spiritual realm even if we can see the earthly lies going on. Marino is the real deal, a true mystic along the likes of Saul who became St Paul after meeting the Lord on the road to Damascus. He has shared some truly deep spiritual lessons in his talks which he learned from God. So I listen and pray on what he says and meditate on what is worthwhile without judging him. But by the end of that video however, I thought to myself: no one seems to understand, not even the mystics or prophets! This makes the Cross harder to bear.
Beautifully said andree. This was pretty much my takeaway as well. He is operating on a different plain entirely. "Their eyes were watching God". When he says to stay little and humble and follow the Church, he is practicing what he preaches. I understand why so many on the forum reacted so strongly but having been very familiar with Marino's testimony and his life (evangelical poverty) for a long time and his take on things( "my kingdom is not of this world") he is bound to seem simplistic to others. I truly believe he is not proud or egotistical. So I too pray on this and I do not judge him.
We just had our entire family who gathered together for Christmas come down sick. Sinus headache, fever, body aches, congestion the whole enchilada. Two people have tested positive for covid and the rest of us tested negative but we all had the same symptoms. I think its a case of mild flu. I ran a fever around 102.5 for a couple days until it broke finally. Whatever it is it is highly contagious. I've never seen something like that where ever single person comes down sick. We were all mindful of safety protocols because our elderly parents were present and myself and another have conditions that make us high risk for these things. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I know we did in spite of the illness that followed. If you want someone to pray for my in laws are both very sick, my FIL has developed pneumonia and my MIL who has been in and out the hospital at least a dozen times this year is not much better off. Oh, I forgot to mention that everyone except myself and my two daughters are vaccinated.
Thank goodness you are okay, Don. Prayers going up for your in law's recovery. Flu or Covid, it certainly is super contagious. I cannot believe how many of our forum members, and their families have fallen ill. I shudder to think of how bad it will be when Christmas break is over and the kids return to school.
