Feel like we've been through the tribulation

Anyone else agree with me ?

In terms of scripture, the tribulation started when the man of sin breaks the seven year treaty with Israel , along side with the false prophet arising . This both happened in 2013 , Obama broke the 2010 seven year with Israel and pope francis came into power.

Scripture shows at the end of the seven year some abomination happens , something that doesnt look right in the " holy place"
In 2019 , seven years after 2013 - the amazon synod. We are told to flee for the mountains...

Then forty days afte the anti Christ is revealed. Forty days after the Amazon synod all this covid stuff happens.

The three and a half year of the anti Christ, where a "mark" from the government, where they plan for no one to buy or sell without it.

Jesus is meant to come at the end of the seven years. Which makes me think he's here now, and that's why the sun, the moon, have been acting odd .

Daniel 12 talks about those who wait three and half years ,

I'm scared my last mortal sin can't be forgiven .

There are some good videos on YouTube about the Book of Revelation. Taylor Marshall's series of videos are probably the best but Fr. Mitch Pacwa has also done some videos on it. I think you would find them helpful. Jesus is always here in the Blessed Sacrament. When He comes to defeat the AC, nobody will be in any doubt about who He is or where he is. Go to Confession to have your mortal sins absolved.

I don't believe that Francis is the false prophet he has such an unstable and ambiguous way of expressing his opinions in such a way that even liberal Christians and left-wing activists no longer see him as a global leader who stands firm.

Padrepiofan, your points are interesting. It looks as if we are going through a prefiguring of the end times. There have been many forerunners of the AC. If I had been around in the 1930s I would have believed Hitler was the AC. Napoleon was another ‘type’ of the Antichrist. That current events may foreshadow the end time events isn’t something I’d considered.

Satan is deceiving you, all sins are capable of forgiveness. If Hitler or Stalin had final contrition they would have avoided hell. Go to confession. Find a priest who doesn’t know you. Try the nearest cathedral. You will receive absolution and experience peace. Don’t worry if you think you aren’t sorry enough. Complete contrition will come, especially if you pray for it. The confessional will bring help and healing. Priests have something called ‘holy forgetfulness’ which is real. They have heard it all before anyway.

  7. Padrepiofan,

Be assured that your mortal sin was forgiven when you confessed it.

Jesus's second coming has not occurred yet, as evidenced by the teaching in the Catechism below that he comes in glory on judgement day.

Pray for the humility to understand that your personal interpretations of events were incorrect since Jesus has not come in glory on your timetable.

    CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH:

    681
On Judgment Day at the end of the world, Christ will come in glory to achieve the definitive triumph of good over evil which, like the wheat and the tares, have grown up together in the course of history.

682 When he comes at the end of time to judge the living and the dead, the glorious Christ will reveal the secret disposition of hearts and will render to each man according to his works, and according to his acceptance or refusal of grace.

The bible says that when Jesus comes again "Every eye shall see him, every knee shall bow and everyone will confess that he is Lord." Having started out in the Baptist Church, they were big on that, and the "rapture of true believers." That meaning, true believers will not go through the tribulation. But having read enough of the Bible, I know that this isn't true. We will have tribulation in this life, whether we've been through it, are going through it or will go through it I don't know. It isn't up to us to speculate. All we are called to do is be loyal to God and do whatever it is He calls us to do in this life. That may not seem like much right now, but if we are faithful, we will enter heaven hearing the words "Well done good and faithful servant."
