Julia Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.

You have to wonder how many young people are dying because of the jab. One of my grandsons had a friend in his early twenties who got the jab and died within a few days from something similar to the young man from Waterford. This happened in the last few months.

He was almost scared to tell me, and asked me not to tell anyone. But he is privately against it. What a sad intimidating world.

Would you wonder why my grandson does not want the jab, even though his mother has been jabbed. She needs to travel with work, which is why she got it. She does know my views on the matter, but I don't moralise about it. I just say I am a conscientious objector, that seems to work well.

That’s because he is part of the Great Reset. Thinks UBI is a good thing too.

 Tragic. In their eyes this young man succumbed to the vaccine for the greater good, nothing more than collateral damage, move along. If it was not part of a coldhearted evil agenda these vaccines would have been pulled from the market immediately. I keep asking myself what in the world is wrong with the people who cannot see through this, how could they be okay with vaccines that have the potential to kill their own loved ones.

You have to wonder about the timing of this latest intervention by Pope Francis & his Cardinal buddies on the necessity of taking the jab when Catdinal Burke is at deaths door. Seems to me like they are preparing to dance on his grave.

  6. Let's see, 4.9 million deaths worldwide from Covid and people can't understand why anyone would be vaccinated?

10 to 15% of people who contract Covid have severe symptoms, or 100,000+ in a million
    VS
2 to 5 people in a million who have severe reactions to the vaccine.

In the general culture those who are opposed to the vaccine are marginalized and gaslighted.

But the opposite seems to be true on this forum. I guess I expect more from those who profess to be children of God and Our Lady"s special children.

I certainly do not fault anyone who chooses not to be vaccinated. But it was not just the Pope who weighed the moral arguments for and against the vaccine and concluded that it was morally justified to use it if you express your opposition to it being tested on fetal cell lines.

I lost a dear loved one to this virus and neerly another who will have severe problems for the rest of his life. And yes, out of love for my dear wife who has several health problems, I was vaccinated.

Any death is regrettable but the covid fixation takes away from the fact that most people die of heart attacks or cancer. But we don't get 24/7 coverage of these diseases that kill half the world's population. Covid has killed 0.005 per cent so there is simply no comparison.

Many people labelled as covid deaths did not actually die of covid. They tested positive PCR test and as a result covid was put on the death certificates. The actual numbers who died of covid alone is much smaller than the official stats.

The Asian flu pandemic 1957/8 killed four million people and they didn't vaccinate the entire world against flu.

We have been in pandemics before but the over reaction to this pandemic and the fear propaganda narrative tells us that something else is at work.

It's important to get perspective that you wall to wall media coverage of covid has brainwashed too many people.

The vaccine was supposed to solve the crisis.

The covid vaccine does not stop you getting covid or spreading covid.

Look at Iceland and Israel two of the most vaccinated countries in the world struggling with covid surges despite the so called vaccine.

No wonder the pharma companies are promoting booster jabs already for the autumn to swell their coffers with more money.

It doesn't look good for the vaccines. I'm afraid people have been sold a pup.

Cancer and heart attacks are not contagious, so yes they are not comparable.

Agreed...the statistics are not completely accurate. It doesn't mean tens of millions didn't have severe symptoms and a million+ died.

The Asian flu pandemic 1957/8 killed four million people and they didn't vaccinate to he entire world against flu.
So we should not vaccinate because we didn't in the past and millions died???

I agree that evil forces will make use of any crisis.

  10. Look I am not an advocate for the vaccine.

I believe it is up to each individual to decide.

But I see both sides only listening to studies that support thier side. For example the Yale University study concluded that the TENFOLD decrease in virus cases in the USA was due in a great part to the vaccinations.

I am all in favour too of the individual making informed decisions about vaccinations.

But do we know enough about the possible short, medium, long term impact of these novel vaccines?

we do not, but we also do not know the short, medium, long term impact of the COVID virus that originated in a lab....it's scary on both sides of the coin

    Exactly.

So why is the pope promoting a vaccine that he knows nothing about?

We do not have the facility of an open discussion on the plus and minus of these vaccines. That does not help. I have several friends who have had adverse reactions. There is a lot of pressure on pregnant women to vaccinate which seems all wrong to my mind. The big pressure is now coming on children returning to school. There is no doubt that covid 19 can be lethal but so can the vaccine.
There is no respect for my choice not to accept vaccination. The public discussion is now trying to demonise the unvaccinated.

  18. You see when people say you must be brainwashed if you take a different position....that is gaslighting.

There are reasonable arguments on both sides. Including arguements based on official Church teaching promulgated during Pope JohnPaul II and Benedict's time as Pope.

It's a horribly sad story. I am friends with someone who's father went into anaphylaxis and died immediately after receiving his first dose so there was no question what caused it. These things are hard to come to grips with. I also have family members who have had little to no side effects from the shots. We have talked about it many times and nobody is judging each other over their choices.
We most certainly are dealing with a nasty virus which is causing untold pain and misery for the families of those lost to it so I certainly understand those who wish to take it for themselves and to protect their loved ones.

China recently shut down an entire port over a single confirmed case. I thank God I live in a country which does not use such draconian measures against its people. The Chinese people are suffering greatly.
