Perhaps we could move it a little later and use the extra time beforehand to get more people on board? Does anyone here have a blog or connections to get the word out? What if we start it on the Assumption, Aug. 15, and end on Oct 7, Our Lady of the Rosary?

I’m a bit slow but what is the end date of the 54 day novena if it starts on Friday? I’m minded to do this. If Francis has truly stuffed the college with Cardinals who think as he does we really need the hand of God.

I signed the petition too.

 

If it starts on Friday, the novena will end on Sept. 14, the Exaltation of the Cross, and the eve of Our Lady of Sorrows.

YESSSS! September 14th is a wonderful date and I love it! As well as being the Feast of the Exultation of the Cross it’s the birthday of Bl Jerry Popieluszko who is my favourite modern ‘saint’.

 

PF- I’m coming in mid stream here. I’m confused as to when the novena starts and where we sign up. Happens when you get old or have Covid brain . Would you mind reposting or maybe starting a separate thread. I’d love to join and pray with you all. Thanks

 

There's nowhere to sign up, but here is the novena. I bookmark the page and go to it each day on my phone to pray it. I'll start a thread for it as soon as I can today! We'll start tomorrow, Friday the 23rd, and end on September 14.
