Mark, age 63 - fell on ice

    Sister notified me:

    "Mark fell on the ice at his house this morning. He says he wrenched his neck but otherwise thinks he is okay."

    He's a former coworker and continued friend.

    Praying. Hope Mark doesn't suffer any after effects from his fall. Ice is so dangerous, especially black ice on the roads. :eek:

    Horrible....neck injuries can last a lifetime. Be very careful in this bad weather. Salt your walking areas. One slip is all it takes. God bless!
