Joyous Weekend

Amidst all the darkness in our world right now. I am happy to say this is a joyous weekend for me. Yesterday I made my final Profession as a Secular Discalced Carmelite. It has taken many years of preparation and anticipation. There were two of us making our final promises yesterday, a beautiful Mass celebrated by my own Parish Priest. It has been quite a journey and I am thankful that God let me live long enough to attain this. Much thanks to St.Therese for her inspiration and guidance, she held my hand~~~~~ Blessings to all my friends on the MOG site.
