I have taken to going to Emmanuel House of Prayer, Clonfert, every First Saturday. The centre is the home of Eddie & Lucy Stones. It is about a two hour drive. It's the best thing I've done to help me through the confusion. We get Mass, confession, pray meditative rosary and get wonderful talks to rally us 'Our Lady's Army'. We will get through this time on our knees with the rosary in our hands. If you live in Ireland it's worth making the effort to go to Clonfert where you get the graces, support and comradeship necessary to make it through this confusion. It's a mistake to stay away from the sacraments. At this time. Eddie Stones told us he was woken at night recently to hear the words "without Me you can do nothing'. This confusion is beyond human means to deal with but Jesus & Mary are coming to us to bring us through.

I will be spending more time studying and praying for Her intercession as our Lady of Good Success... and for the prelate predicted for these times. Am I right in concluding that we should be praying for the coming of the chastisement? - Mark
I would pray for those who are lacking in grace. We need an abundant amount of prayers to help us through the chaos. Hopefully, with prayer and sacraments, we can decrease the level of chastisement.
Thankyou Mary Rose. Lots of wisdom. Wish we had such a place here but we have an Adoration chapel and devoted truly orthodox priests and confession is available in several places so God is good.
Dear Dear Sean... I must concede that what’s going on with the pope/church is monumental! No ones knows the worldly outcome of how this ends....maybe not so good for the faithful in terms of retaining the infrastructure of our church, but like the Jews who were fed with heavenly manna, God will provide! Like you, I also have listened to hours and hours of Fr. Malachi Martin. This is why I’m not surprised at any of this...I expected it. It’s also possible that my personal life is so wretched right now and I’ve been preoccupied with managing it, I don’t have it in me to dwell on the negative consequences of what may be coming...because like you, I’m a chronic worrier. Terrible way to exist...but it’s also my desire to get out of here and hopefully to heaven...on God’s terms. I’m a bit cowardly, but if my soul was ready...I’m ready! That’s why I’m at confession a lot...we don’t know how or when, but sooner or later...we’re out of here! Yippee! I watch and read a lot of near death stories....they hate to come back. If we get to heaven, we’re home! This world isn’t one we will miss. But if God created us for this historical time in church history, then He has a reason for us now. When the time comes, we will hear His call. The sacraments are our weapon...and guess what...God wins! It’s good to know the score before we pick sides! Lol God bless....and pray for the grace of contentment....but trust me, your sufferings are real and redemptive Sean. Even that will be a glory for your soul in heaven. Nothing sacrificed for God will be in vain. You’ll get to meet the souls that your suffering saved...it’s going to be heavenly God bless!
Honestly, that would be pretty amazing. Life is short...if we all make it to heaven, we will definitely meet up! It’s going to be great!
We are not all living in close proximity which makes getting together more problematic. I am not really physically able to travel as I once used to do. A weekend getaway is our limit. So for sure the Heavenly meetup......
All good and sensible advice Beth, thanks I'll muddle my way through one way or another. I just started listening to Fr. Malachi again today and it is surreal, but at the same time oddly reassuring. This is the Passion of the Church. It won't be easy and I'm beginning to think this might go on a lot longer than any of us would like, but maybe not. Only time will tell as they say. You sound like. We do have some like minded friends here and daily mass and rosary and also first Sat. We also have Heralds of the Gospel and have learned so much but it could all vanish in a heartbeat.
Seems to me, we could plan regional meetings. Those who can travel, some ideas: U.S. could be divided into quadrants, gravitating toward those less mobile. I sense there are many in Ireland. It's quite a bit smaller.
Carol, I too have had that thought that Mr. Johnston interpretation of his prophecy about Obama being in control after his term of office ended, is not too far fetched. While Obama left the office physically and seemed to hand over the government superficially, he and his activists are using every means possible to stop Mr. Trump's policies and actually overthrow Mr. Trump. This has never happened before. It's as though Obama is running a shadow government.
Booklady, Hi, I hope that you are doing well. That post of mine is over two years old but I have to admit that I thought of Charlie Johnston very recently and what he stated about Obama specifically. I also posted something recently about Venerable Maria Esperanza's statement that it will begin in Venezuela and I wondered if she was referring to all of the protests that are taking place in so many countries all over the world. I felt at the time that I posted that there was a connection with the USA but I wasn't certain how to put it into words but it just came to me this morning right before I read your post so I was quite surprised to see your post actually. I think that you are correct when you stated, "It's as though Obama is running a shadow government" and although President Trump has been able to get some things done Congress has done everything possible to prevent him from doing many, many things and they are working very hard to prevent him from doing many other things and they are trying to overturn some other things still. For instance yesterday, I heard the president mention that he is still waiting for Congress to sign off on the trade agreement that he has worked out Canada and Mexico. To take my comments about Venerable Maria Esperanza one step further, I would say it is almost as if the entire world is divided in one way or another and not very much is getting done around the world. I really think that it is possible that this may be what Esperanza was referring to. I also think that it is very possible that the current stalemate in the government of Israel my be a sign of this.
