Thank you all for the continued prayers .
Not much has changed in a week really. The protein shakes I am on have helped.
Just a bit of nausea kicking in.
I still get to 7am Mass each morning but that is all. Then I rest on my chair all day like an old man.
I have in return prayed for all on the forum.

    God bless
    Luke

Walking along this path with you in prayer, Mac. Walking along the path with you. May it lead to a happier place whereever it may lead.

Mac, I am happy to hear from you. It’s very good that you are an early riser and get to Mass each day. Glad the prayers are helping.
Padraig, this is a gorgeous video.
    My father’s favorite hymn

So good to hear from you Mac. We are all praying. So grateful you can get to Holy Communion. As Padraig said we are walking with you. Thank you so much for the prayers. Tomorrow the Feast of St Luke we are bringing you to Mass for his special intercession.

Good to hear Mac. Please be assured of my continued prayers every day, especially at mass.

(If you’d be so kind, I could use some of yours this week. It’s been two years this week since my wife abandoned me, and it’s been more difficult than I had hoped.)

Two years! And you still feel it in your heart as abandonment. I have never experienced that depth of desertion, Brian.:( But at least I can pray! The Lord promises:

Heb 13:5 ... for he has said, "I will never fail you nor forsake you.

Still praying for a miraculous healing for you Luke/ Mac, daily at mass.
And many of you whom I've promised to pray for are also lifted up by name daily at mass, including you Brian.
    I have not forgotten.
Also continuing to pray daily for all MOG members as a whole.
May our Lord hear and answer our prayers, through the most Blessed Mother of God. Amen.

Oh Mother Divine, be a Mother to Mac now and always! Prayers going up.

Think, O God, of our friend Mac who is ill,

whom we now commend to Your compassionate regard.

Comfort him upon his sickbed, and ease his suffering.

    We beg for deliverance,

and submit that no healing is too hard for the Lord, if it be His will.

We therefore pray that You bless Mac with Your loving care,

renew his strength, and heal what ails him in Your loving name.

    Amen.
