Yes Carol, the last Council is within the Fatima 3rd secret for sure, the most difficult part during my own research was to know what our Lady Prophesied about the Council (good, bad or evil), unfortunately as being myself a pure fruit of VII (Baptized and Married with VII) the result did not pleased me at all, in short the Lady was warning within her secret the Church about a futur Council which will change the Mass as the Liturgy, a bad Council probably some are even talking about an evil Council, I cannot be sure at 100% between Bad or evil, so in doublt I chose Bad, below a summary of this topic from John Salza, a good video with facts, of course supporters of VII won't probably be happy and I respect it but unfortunely and according to my own research this it :

No Brian, I am not familiar with Father Bebie, I red the link (many wrong détails about Garabandal), I do not share all but to me the Priest (Father Bebie) was probably a good Priest, I would be happy to read his book if you have any link about it, thank you.

    Aviso,

Thank you, I am not certain that I agree but I appreciate that you have responded and I will take some time to look at this.

I wonder if you have viewed the following video which does provide a very good case, in my opinion, as to why there must be a written text that accompanies the vision of the 3rd secret.

There is no way to be certain what is contained in that text but I will definitely spend some time thinking about what you have stated. I also feel that I should caution the idea that you presented or at the very least, I caution that we do not do something foolish like leave the Church because of what we think might be contained in the text of the third secret. You may want to watch the second part of the video that I posted also.

Thank you again. I pray that things improve for you soon.

SG, I think DeGaulle gave an excellent answer to your questions. I would just add that the reason I respond to your posts on this matter was out of concern for your soul. It would be one thing if you brought up some of these points as issues of interest within a proper submissive context to Church teaching on the subject, but you seem to be giving sedevacantism a lot of credence the past six months or so. Please listen to me and others who are warning you, this is dangerous. It is not Catholic. It is schismatic and will lead you right out of the Church.

What you are doing is exactly what many are accusing the Modernists of doing. Putting personal "conscience" above Church teaching. We the laity have no right to reject a sitting Pope. To reject the Pope is to make oneself subject to an automatic excommunication.

If you want proof from the highest authorities we will have Popes up to, during and after the Tribulation there are many prophecies and approved apparitions that speak of this fact. It is also an infallible teaching of Vatican I that we will have a perpetual line of Popes until the end of time. Sedevacantists don't believe this. Why? Because they have what they consider "proof", which is really no more than a bunch of guesses and rumors. So guess what? The are schismatic for rejecting that one belief and they are outside of the Church.

I would suggest you read or listen to some talks on Youtube about the book "True or False Pope" by Salza and Siscoe. It will address a lot of your questions.

I also am vigilant in fighting sedevacantism for personal reasons. After Our Lady gave me my faith back a few years ago, I spent almost an entire year wrestling with all of these sedevacantist ideas on the internet. People like the Dimond brothers and all of the garbage they spew. According to them there are about 5 Catholics in the world and they are two of them. Some sedevacantists have even elected their own Popes. It is a real sewer of a theory and very dangerous to souls. Please, please, please SG stay away from this garbage. Don't read it, think about it, or give it credence. It will not give you peace, but will literally over time erode your faith and spiritual and mental health. It can literally lead you to Hell.

Thank you for your Prayers Carol as for the video sent to me as well some weeks ago, I watched them that time, good historic of Fatima especially the first part, the second part follows those who thinks that the Fatima 3rd Secret vision is more a spiritual vision of the futur of the Church even if the good Priest of the video links the Soldiers of the Vision to Daesh and so on, in other words and with due respect I did not learned anything new or unaware to me but again probably a very good video like the Part about our Lady of the Revelation which I linked to Garabandal as well via my blog.

Any way, to me the Council is probably within the Secret (as not in the 1st and the Second secret), I would say even at 100%, it's unlikely that our Lady won't talked about the greatest event of the Church of the last century especially when we know today 50 Years later the impact of the last Council within the Church, if the Salza video (Salza being known as a Traditionalist) about this topic is quite difficult for some, which we can understand, below another one from a non Traditionalist but at the end the result are quite the same, enjoy !

Hi Sg, below a good video about the siri Theory via the Fatima Center (which I share myself), hopefully this will help some here, reading your last messages to me you do not look to be or to promote sedevacantism, we all know that we must stay within the Catholic Church in any case, enjoy !

I think that it is good to hear this statement over and over again right now, "we all know that we must stay within the Catholic Church in any case."

    Thank you again!

Yes! You speak from experience. So do I. It is the devil’s most devilish strategy with a faithful Catholic. To play on their zeal for God’s house. I have some friends who have fallen into that trap. Not good.

'Salza being known as a Traditionalist': he seemed just like a proper Catholic to me.

The only thing that confused me was his negative reference to a 'theology of the body' from the time of Vatican II which I am not sure corresponds exactly to Pope Saint John Paul's Theology of the Body. Taken aback, I looked up some orthodox marital sexual theology from 1936, but could find nothing in it that contradicted what I understand as the gist of JPII's theology, apart from being more discrete in its descriptions (I actually found the 1936 article-Morals and Marriage by T.G. Wayne-refreshing and tremendously encouraging).

    Am I missing something?

When I first came back to the faith I immediately felt called to Tradition and I didn't know why. When I left the Church in my early 20's I was just a "regular" Novus Ordo Catholic. Then when I came back and started looking up Trad websites I didn't realize there were differences between Catholic Trads and sedevacantists. In fact I hardly knew what a sedevacantist was. They make matters worse because the simply refer to themselves as "Traditional Catholics", not sedevacantists. They got me so confused and led astray that it was 10 months before I went to my first confession because I was convinced that there were hardly any valid priests left to be found. No kidding I was going to travel 300 miles to New York to go to confession because they had me convinced I needed to find a priest ordained before Vatican II! This is the advice that they post openly on their websites.

Sedevacantism is poison, period! Everyone should stay far, far away from it. It can be seductive in it's own way to a Trad and even has it's own set of faulty logic. They cling unwaveringly to whatever fits their mindset, but discard even infallible statements of the Magisterium when it suits them. It is very cult-like. In fact in some ways it might be a cult. They tend to isolate members from other family members who disagree with their theories and sometimes their Churches will not allow you to continue to attend them and receive their sacraments unless you renounce the "Mainstream Church" otherwise known at the Catholic Church. Diabolical.

The Dimond brothers and others spread this poison on poor unsuspecting good-willed Catholics like SG and myself who are simply trying to make sense of everything in a very confusing time.

If they reject priests ordained after the beginning of Vatican II, they must have quite a shortage.

Yes! Very much my experience. It introduces terrible doubt about validity of the sacraments. The Blessed Mother intervened in a somewhat dramatic way thanks be to God. It does terrible damage to those who are trying sincerely to be real Catholics. As I mentioned awhile ago we have a "church" in a town near me that they have established. Very disturbing. So seductive.

Exactly! But you cannot talk rationally to them. In that way they are a cult. Like the old song about the John Birch Society: "there's no one here but thee and me--and I'm not sure of thee!"

Yes they do. I am not kidding. They felt the only valid ordinations were pre-Vatican II priests or some priests who were ordained in the Eastern Rites of the Catholic Church. That's it. I don't follow them of course, but as of a few years ago they were only going to one Byzantine priest in up state New York for confession who met their stringent requirements. Then at some point they announced that there were, for all intents and purposes, NO priests left to go to anymore.

Yes it devolves over time into a very paranoid state. I was not joking when I said it was not healthy spiritually or mentally. The odd thing is sedevacantists admit this themselves. In the Sisco/Salza book I referenced earlier they make mention of it I believe. John Salza was talking to or relaying a quote from a top sedevacantist who said he had never met a sedevacantist who didn't have a spiritual malady.
    Duh...
Willfully separating from the Pope is serious stuff.

When they suck you in though it all seems to make sense and they have supposed "facts" to back it up. What they never mention are the true facts which can easily shoot down every single one of the theories they put forward.

Their argument is a house of cards. It looks solid when seen straight on, but when you examine it you can see it is paper thin and will collapse if confronted.
