Well just how are you on the internet. Jails don't do dat do day... It would be better to dial 1 -800- get a lawyer or try the law offices of Dewy, Cheatam and Howl.
It depends upon POLO's geographical location of his said incarceration. Some country's allow internet use in their jails/prisons. POLO, hopefully you're allowed to have a rosary, and I am also praying for you, and all wrongfully accused and convicted. Holy Mary, Most Pure, Pray for Us.
You all have generous hearts...internet assess before a trial though...highly unlikely.( This is to prevent further victimization of the victim...imagine a pedophile assess to his victim by internet before it has gone to trial). Now.. after trial and with a conviction and sentencing...perhaps...but not in the U.S.
Without going into too much detail I can confirm that it is very very possible that the original poster may have well posted from a US Municipal / Police Jail,, As there is not too much information from the original poster it's hard to know exactly what is going on..
