Actually I think 2017 may indeed be a very pivotal year. Personally I think that 2017 or 2029 will be the start of the chastisement. Each being 100 years from important dates relating to Fatima.
Why 2029? I speculated, what else year can be the beginning of tribulation if 2017 nothing happens. But reason for 2029 I do not know. Thank you The time is limited by age of pope Benedict. The reason for 100 years: The Apparition at Rianjo (1931) In August 1931, due to illness, Sister Lucy was staying with a friend at Rianjo, Spain, a small maritime city near Pontevedra, to rest and recover. It was in the chapel here that the Messenger of Fatima was once again given a communication from Heaven. You can take Sr. Lucy at her word. Fatima is the most church backed apparition in history. Many popes including the current one have dedicated their papacies to it. It even has its own feast day. I think Fatima is the key apparition for these times.
Yes I take it. The dates of visions are before the time of conspiracy theory about two sisters Lucia (http://www.traditioninaction.org/HotTopics/g12htArt2_TwoSisterLucys.htm). Maybe true sister Lucia is still alive or maybe she was murdered before many years. But this is only conspiracy.
Yes I have heard that theory. I think it is conspiracy theory, but even if it was true, these apparitions happened long ago when she still looked like her young self So I do not doubt them.
personally I really I am looking forward to 2018, because by then 2017 will be over and everything will be a lot more clear. For me a lot of this is like knowing your going to get spanked when your Dad gets home. You know it is coming, you see the signs, but you don't necessarily know the moment. He might wait an hour, or even days... but until the spanking comes, there is the anxiety in waiting for it which is almost as bad as the beating. I am looking forward to taking the lickin and then moving on.
It can be truth ... I am only influnced by Martin Malachi, who expected the signs in heaven on 80th anniversary of Fatima before May 13th 1997. Therefore I long expect it before May 13th 2017
My only concern is that if 2017 comes and goes like any other year with no significant events of fulfillment of prophecy, then either people will become disheartened and doubtful in their faith, or they will jump ahead to focus on some other future date. Either way they may miss out on their own mission and purpose in life if they give too much focus on dates and timelines....just a thought and concern I have, and I know I'm also one of those people too. I need to get things in perspective.
I think that the whole book is basically explaining why the events in Revelation will take place, am I wrong about that? I have not read the poem so I can't comment about that. It puts a person in a different state of mind after reading some of that. It makes me reflect on the fear that the Garabandal seers had even for the Warning. It is my opinion that something "big" is going to happen very soon, I don't think the timing of these things change. Conchita has the date of the miracle and that date has been set for years, the WCWTS sign is going to appear soon and that is not going to change. The events in the bible are going to happen. LittleVoice, Can you maybe give us a short list of knowledge that you gained from this book, I mean for instance, is the New Jerusalem the Vatican? Any timelines gained directly from the book? I can't come up with much except that it seems to explain the reason for the chastisements to come I think I have the greatest problem with Chapter 4, "Christ Will Not Come Again Until Judgment Day". This does not fit with the Garabandal prophecy or Saint Faustina's. Do you agree on this? Nothing in this book speaks of the unfathomable mercy, "Before I come as the just judge, I am coming as the king of mercy", which many are anticipating or am I missing something? As i understand it, and as Mark Mallett has understood it, that this coming of Jesus will not be the Final Judgement at the end of time, but this is the end of an era, before the Era of Peace, and yes, He will be coming in light, or something I cannot explain. And Carol55, I seem to be agreeing with you more and more that events are pretty much going to happen as the seers were told in Garabandal, the dates and descriptions. I am not a big follower of Medjugorje but Blessed Mother revealed secrets to those seers as well, which in my mind relate to the Warning and possibly the Chastisement. I believe Malachi Martin said the series of "chastising" events explained in the 3rd secret of Fatima, and in his opinion, repeated and summarized in the apparitions in Garabandal, take place in less than 20 years from 1997.... Which means 2016 to 2017 for major fulfillments, according to what he claimed to know about these prophecies.

I believe in Malachi Martin. Fr Gabrielle Amorth confirms this in his recent video about the chastisements of Fatima. The series of events were supposed to begin in the end of 2015 but God gives the world more time. I know at least two seers that confirms that. One is Juan Antonio Gil seer of Venezuela. Our Lady explicitly said in a message from January 2016 that God had forgive the world and gave us more time. The other is Julie Whedbee a protestant visionary in a message in the end of 2015 that she saw the angels ready to pour over the world the cups of punishment and at the last moment they were ordered to stop.
Not to make anyone suicidal or throw themselves out any windows but the coming of a very intense cold is one of the main signs of the onset of the three days of darkness. I was thinking of this because the other day we had a minus temp ,although it was August , at nighttime. I have also noticed that my heating is coming on, set on a thermostat ,for the first time I ever remember in August too. I think the weather is very, very odd indeed, also that it seems to be very darkish even in daytime.
