bump I am afraid I Posted another thread on this. But it is very important, I think, very important indeed.
In case anyone saw a letter I had posted from Fr Iannuzzi about Vassula and the message above, and wondered why it has been deleted, the reason is because I was informed that Fr Iannuzzi did not want his letter posted on the forum. Fr Iannuzzi is a strong supporter of Vassula and so I don't really fully understand why he didn't want the letter to be published but he stated "it is intended only to those folks who are familiar with Vassula's writings and not to their naysayers who will not believe no matter what."
A true pity Davidtlig.. Yet understandable ~ ... at the same time.. all I can think of is .. . Father, all merciful, let those who hear and hear again but never understand, hear your voice this time, and understand it is You The Holy of Holies. Open the eyes of those who see yet never perceive, to see with their eyes this time, Your Holy Face and Your Glory. Place your finger on their heart dear Lord, so that it may open and understand Your faithfulness . I ask these things righteous Father So that all the nation be converted and healed through the wounds of Your Beloved Son, Jesus Christ. Amen

Fr Iannuzzi has now agreed that his letter can be published more widely so here it is: Recently I received emails from individuals from various countries asking me if the private revelation received on February 13, 2016 by Vassula Ryden (see below) is indeed an authentic one. As a theologian in dogmatic and mystical theology, conversant with the criteria by which the veracity or lack thereof re. alleged seers is determined, I refrain from supporting anyone who claims to receive messages that contradict divine or church teaching. Conversely, I extend my support to those messages whose content is consistent with the divinely revealed truths contained within the Deposit of Faith. Apropos of the published private revelations of Vassula Ryden, whose pages I have assiduously scoured for more than 25 years, I can happily affirm that they contain nothing that is contrary to the Church’s faith and morals – they do not contradict Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition or Magisterial teachings. Indeed, the Church hierarchy’s seals of approval that they bear, i.e., imprimatur and nihil obstat, ride on their own merit. Their content moreover reveals one of the most loving and urgent appeals to the Church and to mankind at this pivotal juncture in its history in which many will witness the fulfillment of biblical prophesies. Let us recall that when our Lady of Fatima foretold that many nations of the earth would be annihilated if mankind did not convert, she did so after she made an urgent appeal to the Church and to mankind at a pivotal time in its history. I see a parallel appeal to the Church and to mankind today in the ecclesiastically approved private revelations of Vassula Ryden. More significantly, the consequences of this appeal, if unheeded, will be global. Concerning the Church’s hierarchy, in 2005 the Vatican theologian and Bishop Joseph Grech was appointed by Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger to ask Vassula, on behalf of the CDF, certain questions regarding her writings. The same Bishop J. Grech was elevated to the office ofCardinal in 2012 and delivered the opening meditation at the 2013 conclave with elected Pope Francis. More recently, Prospero Cardinal Grech has written a timely review for Vassula’s recent book, “Heaven is Real but so is Hell,” which appeared in “Inside the Vatican” (January 2014 edition). It is noteworthy that the sales of Vassula’s writings go toward the sustenance of orphans, the poor and the hungry that she was inspired to assist in 1998 through the establishment of international Beth Myriam houses. I looked at the web site and it seems just 1 message last year, and just this 1 this year, so this sounds like a final last warning, no?
There are still a few messages from last year still to be published but this message from February certainly has a strong feeling of finality about it....
The thing about these private revalations is the people that read or hear about them are already prayerful. Not a great method to get the word out to those that really need to hear it in my view.
I guess this begs the question if the ones who really need to hear it would listen? But, I think these messages are shared by the faithful and prayerful very quietly to those one the fence, and some are converted. We just don't know it, but Heaven does.
Maybe we are the ones to be reminded that there are many who would not read or hear these messages from the mystics. We can always pray the prayer of pardon given to us at Fatima. PARDON PRAYER MY GOD, I believe, I adore, I trust, and I love Thee! I ask pardon for for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust and do not love Thee.
Vassula has traveled to over 80 countries around the world testifying at more than 1000 meetings over the past 25 years. A great proportion of the listeners will have been non-believers or lapsed believers. As with Medjugorje, the Lord gets to the dying through word of mouth. I just cannot resist posting again here the video testimony of the 'dead man' who resurrected through being given a book of the messages from Our Lady given to the Medjugorje visionaries. Apart from it being a really powerful testimony, it is really entertaining and amusing!

What is happening is not a first. We see the same cycle over and over again in Scripture. A generation Falls to sin and God sends His Prophets to call to Repentance and COnversion . A very few listen most do not. Calamity Falls and eventually under the whip of Afflcition people Repent and Seek to Return to Lord. We are in such a cycle at the minute when the Whip of Affliction of Tribulation is Falling. I find a great comfort in the lessons of Scripture in this regard. God knows quite well what He is doing, even if we don't.
Yes God knows what He is doing, and through that prayer, He is gives us another chance. Meanwhile, meteors are raining down on us at the moment. The latest meteor report is in Saudi Arabia where reports claim an asteroid caused a fire.
