Please pray for Michael and his parents Joe and Linda. Michael has received the last rites and is in hospital with necrotising fasciitis. (Flesh eating disease) He has already lost a large section of his side and much of his arm. Many thanks.

Michael, a brilliant young scientist, has spent his whole life trying to discover a cure for breast cancer.
Michael is still in ICU and still on dialysis and although stable is still critical. Further excision and perhaps even amputation may be needed. Thank you all for your prayers.
Dear Jesus, Savior, We pray for Michael as he struggles against an unseen enemy that would destroy his flesh. If he still has Your work left to do on this earth, we pray that he is restored to health so that he can continue. If it is Your will that he should live, then please, let him live, but not only live, to live with great joy. If it is not, we accept Your choice, for only you can see all. Humbly Yours, Amen.

Thank you for all your prayers. Here is an update on Michael Sepsis and necrotic fasciitis were cleared by Jan 17. He showed reaction to nurses and voices, Still on critical list. Moved to specialist hospital for plastic surgery. Lots of tissue from right side removed and arm amputated near the shoulder. Still on dialysis and in ICU on high doses of anti-biotics. Still intubated and getting phsio. May be extubated soon. The Tyburn nuns are praying with you for his recovery - "one inch at a time if necessary." Heart felt thanks to you all.
Just discovered that the last lecture Michael gave was on necrotising fasciitis, the very condition that has nearly killed him. He is still intubated. He is communicating with his eyes. He now knows he has lost his arm. Nicola his wife is just waiting for a better change in his condition so she can visit her father in Bradford who is dying of motor neuron disease.
