I would advise Fr Livio to be cautious. He is neither scientist nor medical expert. To state that the virus is the work of the devil through the hands of men is a huge judgement which very very few are qualified to make. Perhaps only learned theologians who are also knowledgeable scientists are able to make such a judgement. There are some theologian scientists in the Vatican and elsewhere, but they are very rare and I doubt Fr Livio is one
I don't believe the main thrust of Fr. Livio's thought is that the virus itself comes from the devil. I think it was created by evil people with intent. There is a lot of very credible scientific evidence it is so. I suspect most big Intelligence Agencies believe this too. Why do they not say so publically. ? Because if they did it would be an immediate cause of all out war.
Yes and that it was released with intent. There was a utube video from years ago in which they boasted they (the Luciferian Illuminati) boasted that they would do this, 'Give China the flu'. They seem to have hidden or removed this . I must see if I can find it.

Today I was in a department store in another county. I was just standing there looking around and two ladies were discussing the pandemic and how they can’t do anything and how this virus won’t go away. They were finishing up their conversation and told each other to be good, and then changed their minds about being good, do not be good. One of the women looked at me and was inviting me to say something. I was on the spot but I said, “I’m trying to get to Heaven so I’m trying to be good.” One lady was stammering and the other got quiet and moved on. This was very telling to me. It more or less supports the view that people are not doing penance.

Covid: Mouthwash 'can kill virus in lab in 30 seconds' Mouthwash can kill coronavirus within 30 seconds of being exposed to it in a lab, a scientific study indicates. Scientists at Cardiff University found there were "promising signs" that over-the-counter mouthwashes may help to destroy the virus. The report comes ahead of a clinical trial on Covid-19 on patients at the University Hospital of Wales. Dr Nick Claydon said the study could lead to mouthwash becoming an important part of people's routines. While the research suggests use of mouthwash may help kill the virus in saliva, there is not evidence it could be used as a treatment for coronavirus, as it will not reach the the respiratory tract or the lungs. Dr Claydon, a specialist periodontologist, said: "If these positive results are reflected in Cardiff University's clinical trial, CPC-based mouthwashes... could become an important addition to people's routine, together with hand washing, physical distancing and wearing masks, both now and in the future."
