It is a tear jerker for my daughter and her husband, Johnny. Therese is pregnant with her second child; the babe is near the end of the first trimester, but the latest sonogram indicates no heartbeat. Thank you for your prayers!

Such sadness for them . It happened to my brother’s wife long ago. I will pray for peace and healing!
God was good. It has been a long haul for Johnny and Therese. Geralyn and I had just finished praying a Chaplet of Divine Mercy for them and the babe when Therese called to let us know the miscarriage had just taken place. A Catholic funeral home down their way will allow a ceremony to be held free of charge! They haven't announced a name, yet. Safe in the Refuge of the Immaculate Heart!
Their baby is now safe in the refuge of the Sacred Heart of Jesus +++( and in Marys Immaculate Heart!)
Mario, I'm catching up here and my prayers are with you and your family. My daughter had a similar experience when she miscarried a little girl late in her pregnancy. They had the Mass of the Angels and a family funeral. It was helpful in acknowledging the life of baby Kate. My daughter subsequently went on to have twin girls within 18 months, a double blessing.
