Seen just now at 5:45 p.m. Mountain Standard Time:

In Minnesota, you now face 90 days in jail or a $1000 fine if you socialize (speak or hang out with) someone who does not live in your home. Whether inside your home or anywhere else, including outdoors. If you "threaten to do so anyway", you face a $25,000 fine.

Is this true?? I asked my best friend who's resided in MN since 2009. She said she's stopped paying attention to news, as "it's gotten ridiculous."

A partial section from in this news article... https://www.minnpost.com/state-gove...estaurants-gyms-sports-and-social-gatherings/
" People who intentionally violate Walz’s order are guilty of a misdemeanor and face a maximum fine of $1,000 or 90 days in prison. A business owner, manager or similar authority figure who makes an employee break the rules or encourages them to do so would face gross misdemeanor charges that carry a maximum penalty of $3,000 or a year in prison. The Minnesota Attorney General, as well as city and county attorneys, can seek civil penalties up to $25,000 for each violation of the rule.
Still, Walz said he is hoping for voluntary compliance with limits on social gatherings and is not emphasizing enforcement of penalties. “I’m not going into someone’s home on Thanksgiving,” Walz said. “But if you’re gathering with a lot of people not in your family on Thanksgiving you are really speaking volumes about what the values are here in Minnesota.” "

Your best friend is correct, in a way, that here in MN, our democrat Governor Walz and his team just keeps going, adding more to/or changing rules, & "seemingly endless" of hearing about Walz going on television to be speaking to MN citizens. I have mostly stopped watching...rather, I just skim or scroll the "Walz's list of rules" on my cell phone to see if, to me, if there's any real significant rule changes that may or may not involve me.

I can't help it but I just couldn't really stand looking and listening to Walz speaking and also, especially, with them using the same person every time... a homosexual female sign language interpreter standing nearby Walz doing a real overzealous of sign interpreting.

I am in MN. I don’t think they will enforce it in people’s homes, but businesses they might.

  5. The most important restriction....

Minnesota churches remain open. 50% capacity.

A bit off subject but does anyone else find it interesting that essentially this sort of mandate to isolate from friends and family is exactly the same sort of thing that pharaoh's, tyrannical kings, and nations in the past have enacted on the people to stop uprisings and any sort of organized rebellions against their rule?
There is an awful lot of this that coincides to absolute tyranny on the part of scared authorities.

  7. Minnesota Governor just said in a press confrence minutes ago that he is asking us to download an app for COVID "awareness".

They are saying it is completely private...OK.

    COVIDawareMN

Right now it is opt in only.

    Google and Apple developed it.

"YOU NEED to quarantine if you receive a notification you have been exposed, even if you test negative".

    Not trusting them.

  8. So you don't opt in. Even if the Government doesn't require it, my employer, a grocery store, an airline might.

  10. Don't worry it is coming to all states soon.

Hopfully, a true patriot will develop a counterfeit screen you can show as "evidence" that you downloaded the app.
