Did anybody notice anything odd about the sun today? I was on my way home from Adoration and thought it was pulsating, flickering and turning black. I thought I was being fanciful until I searched YouTube to see if there was anything similar there to what I saw. Search pulsating sun. It is FULL of posts from people from all over the world posting pictures of odd behaviour in the sun and most of the posts are quite recent.

Over here across the big pond, we sure need some signs as well, more like knocks upside the head. Truth be told, people like my sister need signs, to reassured God is still beside us and loves us. Over time, she has become awfully cynical. Granted some of that is sport. She has always loved getting a rise out of me, often the more crass she can be the better. BUT, like I've said before, praise God she has now started joining our Dad taking Mom to church on alternate Saturday evenings! Some of the crass tone has made way for family love.

There are more and more stories as well about control of the means of purchasing food and supplies, limiting more and more the smaller "neighborhood" businesses due to "e-commerce". The newer generations have no experience of former smaller business relationships/personal interaction with the public. Now things are impersonal. Who of these will even notice a difference when robots become substitutes for human interaction? Minds are being molded without any real notice or care. While I always hate to generalize, I was thinking of my sister, while trying to sound less personal. Yes, sin takes MANY forms due to the source of all evil. The grief I refer to is from watching our mother lose her mind/the beautiful person she was slowly but most surely due to the plague of Alzhiemers. The cynicism also comes of being abused for many years in every way a young woman can be abused. It comes from survivors guilt surviving a fatal car accident when her soul mate was instantly killed out of his own stubbornness. The noise comes from the sin of not trusting life lessons that God does love her and has never abandoned her, as our parents and I continue to show example of our never ending faith. It was our Mom who insisted, repeatedly asked to go to church after being moved to a Memory Care Home. She knew she was not in a Catholic surrounding. Yes it's Christian based but it definitely is not Catholic. I do pray these years of caring for Mom and now visiting a couple times a week and now alternating in taking her to Mass will serve as reparation for her sins and grief directed toward our Triuune God. I pray the Warning doesn't shock my sisters to death but serves at last as the turning point where they finally make the correct decision! I trust the latter will occur through my prayers and knowing their hearts are good, not because I can read hearts but from their actions to those around them and outside charities. Lord hear our prayers for all our wayward beloved family and friends! Please come soon!
