One of the notices announcing her passing included the following: "I remember that a long time ago, a priest said that the message of the Virgin of Akita would be fulfilled after Sister Sasagawa died. Let's pray that we can walk correctly in the future."

Maybe the priest was Father Yasuda? In a way, Sister Agnes was hidden away even more so than Sister Lucia........there was, imho, a kind of rumbling when the notice of her passing was made public ~ "Let's pray that we can walk correctly in the future." sounds like a sort of mild warning, imho ~

Yes. If she was a Victim Soul she may have been helping to hold back the arm of God's Justice; but now that she's gone...

    ...it seems logical.

    Sigh.

They are the most awful people. Plus a new set of head bangers, worse than ever may be in the White House. All of them war mongers

    Day 2!!

If it blows even a little of the confusion away from us it will be a great blessing.

I've been so busy lately I haven't been able to visit the site... I've a wee bit of space now. I'll join in the novena too, starting today. And do a day extra to make it up...

The above is a marvelous prayer to pray before leaving the Church after reception of Holy Communion at Holy Mass.

Yes, recently in Church a priest said it after every communion. But I think it is drop dead gorgeous sung.

It is right up there with this from St Thomas Aquinas.

The source and summit of the mystical life.

    Even modern hymns sound good.

I am afraid Catholic Prophecy clearly indicates that a false Mass looms large on the horizon. A mass which is no long nger the Mass, where we no long r enter into the Eternal Sacrifice and Transubstantiation does not take place. No Eucharist.

They are already changing the words of the Scripture readings and dropping readings they don't like.

I think St Paul's epistle will be getting the chop. He calls everything out and sin that he dealt with in the pagan culture is now on a world scale. Just think about the Olympics.

Yes. When the words of the consecration change we can no longer attend Mass because it won't be Mass.

So right. Notice how over sensitive worldly people are when St Paul calls them out. It outs them in a fury.

I always follow the readings at mass by reading them myself, it is much safer that way. I noticed the words are quite frequently changed by the reader/priest. I also noticed at the homily the priest can flounder not knowing how to approach the Truths given.
