The vice-presidential debates are on. So frustrating to watch this circus. It seems more civilized but the "moderator" keeps interrupting Pence and not giving him his allotted 2 minutes. But, as fair as this is, Sen Harris seems to get all of her time I don't think I will make it through the show.
Vice President Pence is a national treasure. Even with the biased moderator he still doing a great job getting the facts out there!

I agree just so frustrating. The mod never interrupts the Camel but says "thank you Vice president, thank you vice president....... I loved the comment "Mr Trump does not believe in science"

Harris... Won't commit to not packing the Supreme court. Pence... Took her to task for anti-Catholic comments about the Knights of Columbus
It is all about abortion. Harris is the biggest supporter of Planned Parenthood there has been on the national stage. She prosecuted the leader of Live Action who exposed the selling of aborted body parts. Trump has the support of every pro-life organization because of his actions. Reminds me of the Bible passage... "See, I have today set before you life and good, death and evil." If we as Americans choose death, I believe it will spell the end of our republic.
I can't understand why Fox allows Donna Brazile to be a commentator after the debate. She admitted to cheating for Hillary when employed by CNN who hosted the Sanders/Hillary debate, providing the questions to Hillary prior to the debate. Fox said when they hired the disgraced Brazile that she would not be commentating on the debates. Add to that Chris Wallace, and Jaun Williams cheerleading for Harris. Chris Wallace is a registered Democrat and it shows. But the other networks are even worse.
As a general observation from someone who is not a USA voter. I understand now why the Harris woman is not popular. She announced to Pence, "I will not be lectured" bla di bla di bla. It comes across as very arrogant, more Megan (trailer trash) than diplomat.
Well, we wouldn't want to have any mistakes or flaws about our leadership pointed out Harris is a piece of work. She is mean. She came across as not so mean at the debate but since I grew up in California where she is from I can tell you she is mean. You can't fool me.
I did a scientific study of the debate--had my watch and second hand and kept time of each debater. Pence spoke 17 times and was cut short of his two minute slot five times. Harris spoke 18 times and went over her allotted two minutes 11 times. I also finished my 54 day rosary today!
I couldn't. But the contrast between the two was stark. VP Pence was superb in spite of the moderator. K Harris was just....well words fail.
Fox has gone to the dark side. At least they still have Tucker and Laura and Mark Levin et al but probably only a matter of time.
I agree NSD. I absolutely agree. This the roll of the dice with all the chips on the table. Heaven is watching. I pray (not just an expression--i am intensely praying) that Americans do the right thing for our country and for the world. It occurs to me that God has placed this choice in such a way that those who despise Trump for whatever reasons yet claim to be pro life have a chance to stand with Christ against their own personal preferences or grievances or go with their own preferences and grievances and vote against life. It is terrifying in its gravity. I hope to get to Mass and make an extra Holy Hour today. I have friends and family who are standing on the edge of the abyss and don't know it--or refuse to see it. Jesus save us! Mary Our Mother Our Lady of Victories come to our aid. St Joseph terror of demons please place our country and our president under your holy cloak.
