    Has anyone experinced lucid dreaming mine uncontrollably accour out of the blue I'm not with the new age lucid dreaming can be natural just beware of new agers point of veiw on it.

    Lucid dreaming is to become aware your dreaming. I dont know why this happens.

    I remembr one time reading that it is a good idea when you wake up to recall your dreams so you become more aware of them and whatever message they bring.
