I was thinking there about how often the truth can jump up and realy bite us on the ass. Especially whenwe are not ready for it. I read one time how sometimes when patients are in theraphy they can start screaming when confonted by a truth bried in thier long distant path..a truth they tried to keep bruied in their past. I think the truth can act as a cleansing antiseptic that can often sting. The Illumiation of Conscience or Great Soul Sight will act like this. For some the truth will be so painful ,we are told it will actually kill them, so far gone in a mist of lies they may be. A Friday. But coupled with this great Universal Truth telling by the God who is Truth telling itself, two days later will be a great outpouring of the Holy SPirit, a mew chance of Ressuection for the entire World. The hand that hurts will indeed be the Hand that Heals. Sometimes the truth on its own is mre than we can stand we need the strenght to carry it on through life on our shoulders....and this the Holy Spirit will give. On a Sunday. The Third Day. Isaiah 40:5 Prepare the Way for the Lord …4"Let every valley be lifted up, And every mountain and hill be made low; And let the rough ground become a plain, And the rugged terrain a broad valley; 5Then the glory of the LORD will be revealed, And all flesh will see it together; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken." Exodus 16:7 and in the morning you will see the glory of the LORD, because he has heard your grumbling against him. Who are we, that you should grumble against us?" Isaiah 52:10 The LORD will lay bare his holy arm in the sight of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth will see the salvation of our God. Habakkuk 2:14 For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.
Joel 2:28-The Day of the Lord 28 “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Even on me!! Isn't God amazing! Who then can He refuse? Alleluia! Safe in the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit!
We don't have to imagine what God would say. God set up a thing called the Church through which He speaks. On matters conerning private revelation, He speaks primarily through the charism and authority of the local bishop.
Can you please flood my family with the gifts, graces, and charisms of the Holy Spirit? That's obviously personal in nature. Otherwise, I'd ask, if Medjugorje is indeed an authentic apparition, what are the ten secrets?
Yes Richard ,that would be wonderful . Unfortunately these private revelations [approved] warn of a time things will not be so well in the church , a time of crisis of faith , a time of heresy . Diabolical Disorientation.
Lately I've been laying my curiosity down at the foot of the cross and praying, "I want to know only what You want me to know - no more, and no less. Please give me ears to hear."
Will chronically ill people who rely on specific medications make it through the storm when nothing is available and a bit more personal, will my family be completely converted and make it through all together. So much pain in my life right now!
Well I must admit that there are certain things about the future which I would very,very, very much like to know. There is one particular thing about the future I have been curious about since I was 15 years old and I must have prayed and asked God about it at least a thousand times, but no answer. I have always took it that the fact that there has never been an answer may be an answer in itself. But I keep asking.
The Magisterium will never have a crisis of faith, never speak heresy, and will never be disorientied by demons. Christ promised it.

That raises an interesting question: is the local bishop fallible or infallible when he speaks with authority concerning a matter of private revelation? If he is fallible, then why should any "approved" private revelation be taken serously? Because we "feel" so?
I cant answer that Richard . Good question though. There are one or two here that may be able to answer it.
Perhaps it is a question of the the letter and the Spirit of the law. The Spirit invites us to respect the authority and wisdom and experience and learning of the Local Ordinary. This is not expessed through mere feeling or whim but through discerment faith and love.
Wow!, one question concerning Catholic prophecy. How long do I get to think about what my question is?
My question would be; how can I say I love him when all I have of my own is misery, sin and the effects of it. Anything else is his gift to me. So therefore how can I say I love him?
