I agree with Padraig but also feel that the events and timeline have already started and started at least 100 years ago most likely at Fatima in 1917. Also, I feel that the true Tribulation Period began on 9/11/2001 if not sooner, because that is when the world truly began to change and move towards a one government system. That event alone created such huge changes in the US a nation founded Under God especially for the individual rights of its citizens. I struggle with the idea of the 2 witnesses being Pope's but maybe they could be. I feel like these witnesses will be much greater though in the sense that they may not be currently living mortals but more along the lines of a returning St. Maybe this is more a Protestant view of Revelation though thinking they would be Elijah and Enoch since they never tasted mortal death and were taken directly to heaven. I also am of the belief that things can spiral out of control very quickly. It would not take much and could be less than a year if you think of modern war. The US would change in a day with say an EMP attack. Within a month millions would be dead. There would be no rule of law any more. There would be no US any more. The country would be turned over to the UN and the nation would be gone. After a year potentially 90% of the population would be dead. The global economy would also be gone overnight and a new system would be in place. This new system would already be waiting in the wings ready to be put into place after the attack. It would only take one nuclear bomb to destroy then entire country and it could come from anywhere and we would never know who it came from. One nuclear sub of any coast could launch one over the heartland and our defenses would never have time to pick it up. Scary but true. Certain members of our congress have been trying to get the government to harden our grid for such an attack for many years now and they will not approve the bill which would not be that costly. The US wastes so much money left and right and yet we will not do this. Why? I am sure you all know the answer to that but it is pretty clear to me: Pope Leo XIII (born Joachim Vincent Pecci in 1810), according to the most common and popular version, related that he had experienced a sort of vision, in which he heard two voices, one of which he took to be that of Christ, gentle and kind, and the other that of Satan, guttural and harsh. Satan said, “I could destroy Your Church if I had the time, and more power over those who give themselves over to my service.” And then Pope Leo heard Christ to answer, “You have the power, you have the time: 100 years.”

I agree with this. Buuuut...then you have Charlie J. saying only about 25 million people will die during the storm? ?? He said 1/3 the casualties of WWII which is about 75 million.
I think it depends on what Charlie's Storm is. There can be multiple storms so to speak. The bible already tells us this: [13] And the sixth angel sounded the trumpet: and I heard a voice from the four horns of the great altar, which is before the eyes of God, [14] Saying to the sixth angel, who had the trumpet: Loose the four angels, who are bound in the great river Euphrates. Has this already been happening? If we look at this as not so much a SERIES of events that one stops before the next begins but INSTEAD it is the FULFILLMENT of these things that follow each other then much of these events are just finally coming to completion. So it's the completion that follows the timeline, it doesn't matter at this point when they began. Is that making sense?
I haven't read Charlie J's in detail but I don't agree with at least some of his interpretations. If he takes that the rescue in 2017 is the end of the Tribulation my sense is that this is a mistaken interpretation. Here I'll borrow from Antonio Yagüe's timeline and scriptural based interpretations (see Sacred Astronomy and End Times thread). 2017 is going to be a very special year of Our Lady of Fatima. It may very well be the year of the Miracle of Garabandal. The Miracle may very well be or imply a massive Pentecost on the whole world "gathered with Mary the Mother of Jesus", now the Woman Clothed with the Sun. This will provide US (you and me) with the armor and the power to face the worst of the Tribulation, and the reign of the antichrist. According to Antonio, the Pope's murder -announced in the Third Secret of Fatima- may take place around June 2017 and the Abomination of Desolation around end of July 2017. From around that time there is the full force reign of the antichrist for three and a half years. This is a SEVEN YEAR period of the Tribulation, from now until end of 2021 or 2022. I do believe that Mark Mallet's post on the antichrist is courageous and needed. According to several pretty reliable sources that we read of here at MOG, the world will change in this one year 2015 so as to be apparent for those who don't want to see it (personally I think that the economic crash will hit hard by the end of summer/September, the Shemitah), and totally evident that the old life style is gone next year 2016. We have to follow the Book of Revelation as to what are we talking of here, the plagues, the cups, the seals. Like it was in Egypt it makes sense that it's going to be a 7 year period, the week of Daniel. Without wishing to get fixated on the question of timing, my own intuition (but little more than that) is that this is likely to take upwards of 20 years to unfold - although I personally feel that Padraig's figure of 50 yrs is on the high side. The principal reason for saying this is that a number of things predicted in Scripture must happen which are likely to take time - and this is where it is important to remember that there is a huge difference between Biblical Revelation, which will be fulfilled, although we don't know when, and private revelation which is frequently conditional. The most credible scenario IMHO, and one that seems both coherent with Biblical prophecy and the contemporary cross-denominational 'prophetic consensus' is that we are in the initial stages of the construction of the system of one world government that will be greatly accelerated by the imminent collapse of the present unsustainable (and unjust) world financial system and the chaos that will ensue. It ought to be emphasized that, according to many prophetic voices, there are two opposing projects at work here in the same events. Heaven's purpose in bringing down the current order of things (the 'shaking' referred to in Haggai 2 and in many other places) is redemptive judgment - which needs to be carefully distinguished from Divine wrath. We're definitely not at the latter stage yet, thankfully. The aim of the New World Order, on the other hand, is to use the chaos at hand in order to assume total control. The Masonic motto 'Ordo ab chao' absolutely is the name of the game here, which is why God has been so insistent about calling out Freemasonry by means of private revelation to literally dozens of messengers across the globe over a period of several decades - some well-known, some less so. One of the great virtues of Mark Mallett's meticulous writing is that by copious referencing of the Magisterium, Patristic sources and approved mystics he has done much to change the perception that the kind of scenario I have outlined is just for conspiracy theorists and the fundamentalist fringe (both Catholic and Protestant). Well, actually, on the wider societal level I'm unfortunately not so sure that this perception has changed, but that's not Mark's fault.
There is another key part of historical church prophecy that is missing in this timeline and that is of the Great Monarch and Great Pope. We know they come before the final end and there will be a period of peace after they have purged a lot of the evil of the world. Maybe Charlie can weigh in here. I'm getting that the rescue Charlie speaks of through the Immaculate Heart of Mary is the rescue of the U.S., so that we can finally stand up as a people and serve God through the rest of the storm.
It does but again if it is the completion of the timeline, then I just don't see 25 million dead in the storm being the completion of the timeline per scripture as well as other prophecy regarding the Great Monarch that I just posted about. After the Great Monarch's wars with evil, it is said that 2/3 of the world would have died. Someone is wrong here on the idea of the storm only resulting in 25 million dead. Now again, Charlie is right if this is just part of the total but this storm to come can't be the storm that ends the tribulation and results in the second coming by 2017? You follow? The book of Revelation is very specific on the horrors to come from the trumpet blows. By the end of Tribulation 2/3 of the world will be gone and what will be left and sparred will have a time of peace until evil rears its head again and then Christ returns to judge the living and the dead at final judgement and His Kingdom will have no end! [1] And I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit, and a great chain in his hand. [2] And he laid hold on the dragon the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. I completely agree with you Andy, it just does NOT make sense that only 25 million die. I was trying to reconcile Charlie's statement but this 25 million dead thing stopped me in my tracks. He says this is Armageddon and it's going to be terrifying but ONLY 25 million die?? There are, what, like 7 billion people on the planet?I don't know.

We can literally drives ourselves batty with the "what ifs" and worry about what is to come and what exactly it's going to look like. Charlie has said more than once that we shouldn't tie ourselves in knots trying to figure it out, it's going to be completely unprecedented and will surprise everyone but God has a plan. I'm good with that The worry has crept in from time to time and the mind starts to race, but on the whole I've found a lot of peace lately in a willingness to accept whatever comes and to let go of any expectations and instead just to be alert and ready and to listen for guidance. To trust God, trust in Mary's intercession, and trust that they will lead us. And to not be afraid. 365 times in the bible, one for every day of the year, that's for a reason
The AC may live on after the triumph, there may be a mopping up period for a few years, a few years based on the triumph when Christianity has been rescued and is winning the battle when its really obvious to us the battle has been won. I just wonder how long until we have a great monarch, someone who will have a people behind him who know only Christ can conquer this evil.
I like Mark Mallett's blog on the anti-Christ. It seems to line-up with not only scriputre, but writtings from the early Church Fathers, Catholic prophecy and Sacred Astronomy with the following timeline: Current Tribulation in progress progressively getting worse, leading to a total economic, social and govermental colapse and man-made chastisements in 2015 - 2016, with the Warning taking place, when "things are at their worst (according to Garabandal prophecy) on November 13, 2016 (as per Antonio's sacred astronomy), followed by the Great Miracle/Sign in the sky (as per Garabandal) on April 13, 2017 (as per Antonio's Sacred Astronomy) and Charlie Johnston's 'Rescue' via our the Blessed Mother, followed by a small time of reflection, followed by major chastiments (Garabandal Prophecy), the false prophet, the anti-Christ and an anti-Pope (as per Verne Dagenais messages from GSWYL) and the abomination of desolation for 3.5 years from July 31, 2017 to December 21, 2020 (as per Antoinio's Sacred Atronomy) ushering in the the Second Coming of Christ and 1000 year era of peace, prior to the end of the world (Church Fathers). Now obviously this is a hypothetical time-frame, but it does seem to me to have some credibiblity when taking all the information we have and putting it together.
