Again, I am not saying I don't believe and we all have opinions on the unapproved, but I still feel that until the church rules then it is still an "if" even though it may not be an "if". Do you know what I mean? I believe in Charlie, Deacon John, Verne, Garabandal, etc.... but at the same time the church could rule differently and then I personally would move on and trust the church and Holy Father.

I'm curious about the act you mentioned above. This was a very specific, very focused, eschatological prophetic claim. It is now December 1st. Have your expectations remained the same? Has this act occurred. When will the difficulty in traveling become a reality?

    Jon,

Does the highlighted question above refers to Charlie's sentence: It would not be that people could not move from one side to the other after that, but it would be a LOT harder. If so, I believe he's not referring to an issue of freedom to travel; rather, it speaks of what side of the divide we will be on. Does that make sense?

Glory to God in the highest!

Mario, you have properly understood what I said. I meant which side of the divide between serving God and serving Mammon (which is not just money, but secular things generally).

That said, I have not performed the act - and I am not going to unless I am specifically directed to. I should not have mentioned it at all, I don't think - except perhaps as an illustration that prayer DOES change things and can lighten the burdens.

    Charlie,

If you don't respond I understand. On another thread we have been discussing Russia vs the west in regards to the Fatima prophecy. I have always believed in your description of "modern prophecy". I know where Russia has been and where the west has been. Would it be wrong to say that what Fatima is reaaly saying is that God will use Russia to punish an apostate west? Thanks for your consideration.

Thanks Picadillo. I love this site and the vigorous, impassioned debate on it that Padraig manages to keep from going off the rails. I check it out every day - and much of what is said here informs my thought. I have thought, though, that it is easy for me, too, to get caught up in the heat of the moment, so on those matters concerning my private revelation, I largely keep that to my own site so that I will write in cool deliberation and obedience. Some critics have done me as much good as many advocates have - and I fear I might distort the conversation by getting too much into the midst of the conversation on what I said. I hear the small whisper often to let what I write stand or fall on its own - to inform people's consideration without trying to direct it. So I support this site and delight in its vigorous discussions while avoiding participation. I think the best thing is to discern as best we can, then watch what God does. It will always, to an extent, be a surprise to us even if it is also confirmation of much of what we thought. And God does like it when we reach out to Him, trying to understand what He intends...but He values obedience more than any virtue but love.

We live daily by our choices. So many fill their bellies on the husks of the world yet remain empty.

I got a word in prayer tonight to pray for those tempted by suicide. It is already an epidemic but if things continue as they are we are going to see an exponential increase.

In my short lifetime the darkness has come and overwhelmed the world.

There is a remnant that is saving the world from destruction.

Jesus, Light of the world, come to our rescue.

    Thanks for that explanation Charlie.

I didn't originally read the whole context of the statement about 'freedom', and you have been clear on what you meant. However, that wasn't the main idea of my question. It was definitely the clear statement you made about marking the beginning of the tribulation. (And you publicly placing that event in real time.....in the current time). You went so far as to state that a shortening of this acute period of suffering for the world had been won by prayer and sacrifice (similar to the scriptural promises made by Christ). If I am not in error, you stated this delay or shortening occurred specifically in 2012.

When you publish things of this nature, those details are not easily forgotten or overlooked by any of us that are paying attention to modern revelation as well as all collective prophecy. That is why it was nagging at me (from my memory of your post I quoted above).

Your answer now seems to remove the original clarity with which you had communicated, and replaces it with some level of ambiguity and uncertainty, as if you question the validity of your own source of this prophecy.

Jon, I do not question it at all. And I know it in no little detail. I have also said repeatedly - and really mean it - that it is an error to worry so much about what is going to happen and when. Once you can see what IS happening, the important thing to know is what to do whatever happens. I know the when and the what is a subject of much speculation, but it is highly over-rated. Knowing those things always comes with laying a burden on you...and once you get enough of those, you get the wisdom of understanding what to do, whatever happens is the heart of the matter - and you prefer to know LESS detail, not more.

If you know there is going to be a great rockslide, it seems frivolous to me to spend your time arguing over which will be the first rock to fall, when it will fall and where it will land. You have a catastrophe coming and your time should be spent preparing the ambulances, fortifying the refuges, caring for those who suffer loss.

I understand that contemplating the details is human nature, but it largely misses the point. I am trying to adjust myself to speaking publicly on these matters. I am learning, but I get a bit disheartened when I see something I have said being quoted to support some concordance of prophecy that, even if it was right, would do little or nothing to help those going through the trials, which IS the point of these things. Usually (but not always) when I see myself quoted in that context, I grieve because I have obviously not made myself clear, for the point being made by the one who quotes me is not the point I was making at all.

It is why I am dialing back as much as I can on specifics and sticking more to broad themes. Were it not for the fact that there is an assault rising inside the Church mainly from people who are abusing private revelation, I would shut the spigot off entirely on speaking on the private revelation. It makes me sad that so many spend time arguing about who has interpreted correctly, while neglecting to prepare for the widows and orphans.

So here's the basic thing: everything is already in middle stages of collapse, social institutions, economies, nations, collective security frameworks. The Church is under serious assault both from outside and inside. It will not get better, except for brief respites. We must endeavor to stay faithful to the Church, care for those who suffer, be a sign of hope, and do what little we can. By taking care of the little things, we will help all to endure until the time of rescue, the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart.

But back to what was said originally, the Storm was set to go into its fullness as summer went into fall of 2012. Because of the prayers of the faithful, because of the return of many to the faith, that was delayed - the days of our deepest trial were, in fact, shortened. Some people see things falling around our ears right now all over the world; some will not accept that anything serious has gone awry until the terror is at their door. I have said what I have said - and I am not sure if it has done anything except ignite curiosity and argument. My whole purpose comes down to this: defend the faith, hearten the faithful, defend the faithful. That is it. Any time I have merely ignited curiosity or disputes without stiffening the resolve to acknowledge God, take the next right step and be a sign of hope to those around you, I have failed. I fear I am failing more than I should.

Charlie, I don't think you are failing at all. You have not been given exact dates for each event to take place (atleast that I know of). Seems to me you have been given a Spirit, as was John the Baptist, to preach repentance, as the 'day of the Lord' is at hand. If we knew what was going to happen when, we would all be shaking in our boots and craping our pants in fear of what we will be facing. Its enough for me to have been given enough time to put my soul and house in order and I thank God for that. Many, including myself, felt that October may well have been the time that the storm hits 'home' to us. It wasn't. Every day is a blessing that God has provided to frequent the sacraments, pray the rosary and stay in sanctifying grace. I no longer want to know when "D'-day is, as I would rather keep focused on dying to myself while I can. The sign's are all around us. It could happen at any time. Sunday's gospel reiterated again to "watch". Advent is a time of preperation. For us, it is a time to prepare for the second coming of Christ. Are we ready? Have you ever asked yourself why am I alive in one of the most prophetic times in history?

Charlie, you may recall I recently asked you, in a similar way as Jon did above, on your blog about your comment earlier this year that we've already seen our last traditional Christmas (in 2013) for 3 years. The way I, and I'm sure many others took that, was "watch out, it's coming now". Yet here we are with everyone joyfully going about their normal business hanging wreaths and snapping trees off the lots and making their lists and checking them twice and it sure seems traditional to me in a relative sense.

When you've said things like our government will fall, economy will fail, that's pretty drastic stuff. Literally earth shaking and life/history changing stuff. Are you backing off of those predictions?

I for one have been helped greatly by your wonderfully consistent advice to stiffen my resolve to acknowledge God, take the next right step and be a sign of hope to those around me. I feel much better prepared if and when the bottom drops out and folks are running around like the proverbial headless chickens so if it does happen, you have helped me, and I'm sure countless others to be the steady folks in place and ready to help where needed.

Well Fatima and Fatima Pilgrim (are you guys cousins?) I know. A big part of my message is not just that people are interpreting wrong, but that their whole framework for interpretation is errant. And I am not sure I do a great job in conveying that effectively.

I know people expected something dramatic and flashy on the two things Fatima Pilgrim cited. On the first, the first time I heard it, I was honestly astounded. In May of 2013 the revelations came that the NSA in America was spying on everybody - on all phone calls, mail and emails. Then came revelations that the alphabet soup agencies were actively targeting people for their religious and political beliefs. Nations began to fall. And when somebody asked me in the fall when collapse would begin, I was totally taken aback. It had begun - and it baffled me that anyone could not see it. I remembered Sr. Lucia being surprised because she was accused of having been wrong about WWII beginning during the reign of Pope Pius XI. She maintained that it had begun with the invasion of Austria of March of 1938, when full war became inevitable. She was surprised that anyone thought otherwise. But people then needed to hear the blaze of cannons before they would believe that it was truly begun.

Thing look different from a heavenly perspective than an earthly one. From heaven, things have begun when a usually subtle event causes disastrous consequences to be inevitable. On earth, we don't accept things to even have begun until the full consequences are felt. Much of the confusion is my fault. I speak publicly on these matters too much like I speak with my angel about them - but the audience interprets them dramatically differently. That is not anyone here's fault...because my job is to transmit this information in a way that all (or at least most) will understand. When I fail - as I often have - it saps credibility and makes it more likely that people will be unprepared for what is important. I will be held to account for that. But I am spending a lot of time trying to figure out how to do a better job of it.

Charlie, Fatima Pilgrim and I are brother's in Fatima(y). I find it most interesting that people like yourself, Verne Dagenais and John Martinez all have been given a task from heaven to prepare. Yet, as is often the case, you may not have been given the gift to interpret every detail that you have been given. You are put somewhat of a loose/loose situation. I look back on St. John the Baptist, the poor guy did not even know his own cousin, Jesus, and he had to send others to find out if he was the Christ. He was just commisioned to bring the good news of the Lord through repentance to all those around. I wonder how many looked at him with eyebrows raised? He surely knew something about him from his mother Elizabeth, yet he had to learn himself what it all meant. You got it made Charlie, at least you don't have to eat grasshoppers and honey on your journey!

Thanks for your thoughtful response Charlie.

Do not think you have failed if some of us may inquire about something specific. It is only on the larger scale that I and many others pay attention to the season, or the times, and any markers. We are being obedient to look for these signs and not to despise prophecy.

It is not out of mere curiosity that I and others may seek and ask, furthermore, especially after you make/publish a revelation that seems intended for public consumption (and therefore part of the reason you have received the gifts you have received, I assume). Many can sense the genuine nature of the storm, as you have articulated, and have been given gifts to understand, or dreams and visions as well. At the same time many of us are doing the things you encourage all to do in preparation for those around us. But sometimes the pending urgency weighs in on us, and we find ourselves wondering if there is enough time to help everyone we would like to, while at the same time attacks from various directions sometimes squeeze us in a figurative vice......

Thank you for the answer, Charlie. That is great insight. So basically the fall has begun even though govt is still functioning, or should i say dysfunctioning.

Fatima, I like honey well enough, but you can hold the locusts ;-)

Jon, hope I don't come across as being critical. I had decades to stumble and bumble around figuring out how different this is - and the folks I write for only have a few years. God help us, you all need to be quicker studies than I was! I get frustrated at myself because I KNOW...I made the same assumptions of what was important myself...and I need to do a better job of conveying what is important. It is kind of like the seasons: the sun is closest to the northern hemisphere on June 20, but August is the hottest month of the year in most places. Similarly, the sun is furthest from the northern hemisphere on Dec. 20, yet the coldest month of the year is January. So it always is....what is writ in the heavens is not fully felt on earth until after a seeming delay.

Fatima Pilgrim, exactly! If you are in a car headed towards a brick wall and both the brakes and steering have failed, catastrophe has already begun even though you have not hit the wall yet. The safeguards for our society...the economy, the guarantors of rights, the global collective security systems have failed. The wall looms. And we have no way to stop or steer away from it.
