Thing is Garabandal, Our country and world is in the process of being completly destroyed and renewed from the old way's. We are about to enter into the 'era of peace' that our Lady has spoken of many times. Who in their right spiritual mind knowing this could believe our Lady is concerned about who we need for the next US president in two years, as if he is going to be the savior of this sinfull world. Just bizzar to me. Just pure sensationalism.

 

She asks only for a man of faith and an end to abortion and this for our divided America....and also leaves it up to the people of America to decide.....and offers help if that happens. Don't see anything about someone who will be "the savior of this world" since she constantly desires all to convert and return to her Son, the only savior. People have dropped her from her ongoing role in this world because many have closeted her in some little limited role they think of as happening centuries ago. Now the Father wishes her true power, her place, given by Him, to be recognized by the whole world as "the Woman Clothed with the Sun".....an image of an apocalyptic nature. Why wouldn't she want the original purpose for America, with its special blessings and consecrated to her, to come to fruition with her help???

 

Wasn't Fatima a real reflection on the "signs of those times" and relating to present and future world domination by an evil nation (not even recognized or known by those people), even named, with directions for people to follow to prevent even further and worse disaster, destruction....of nations and souls? And obviously, Fatima hasn't meant much for most people either or the Church....why we're having to be warned again today in even worse times. Yep, to each his/her own.

 

On one hand we have the LttW source talking about our next presidential election, and on the other, we have Charlie Johnston saying something to the effect that the elected officials we have now, won't even finish out their own terms, but that we will have a number of folks stepping up trying to lead, during the time of chaos. (Best I understood it.)

I've been trying to see if I can reconcile those two scenarios -- I don't know. As things may play out a little differently than we picture them, either way, at the very least, I could see how our national "heart" may be critical in determining our actual fate.

Whatever happens, I will still hope for a God-fearing presidential candidate, so we can prove our better intentions. If we should be so blessed to still be functional as a nation by then, and have a true election.

It hasn't sounded like it, but we shall see.

As for what Mary would say...

I once pictured us, in this regard, as a Christmas tree. The whole tree is the world, the branches are the nations, or localities, and there are ornaments of visitations all over the world. I see Medjugorje as the star on the top of the tree -- the ultimate message to the entire world, calling all back to God and Jesus, and particularly outlining the gifts of the Catholic faith.

Each locale has its own visitation, its own ornament. A light shines for everyone to see, if they look. You can even think of the fir, or spruce, needles as us, the people.

It's not hard to imagine that as the final days approach to this age, Mary would come directly to give us personalized messages, according to our environment and our local leadership.

Eventually to each one of us.

Makes sense to me.

If I cease to be able to consider a set of messages, it will be because of undeniable lies.

I think this is avery important message and is also in part a repetition of the LTTW. It blows my mind that we seem to be so blind and deaf -besides having a strong say in what Heaven should and shouldn't be telling us.

My dear son,

It was on this day a mere nine years ago that I appeared to you on the mountain of LaSalette to convey to you a message of importance for you to address to the people of the world. My message to you from LaSalette was and continues to be the continuation of the message of warning that I conveyed to the children of LaSalette, Melanie and Maximum, on September 19, 1846, which was exactly 100 years before the date of your birth, September 19, 1946. I hope you see the importance of this connection, of my choosing you to continue the message of LaSalette to the people of the world.

The warnings that I conveyed to the children of LaSalette were not heeded by my Son’s Church, nor by the leaders and priests of my Son’s Church at that time, and the future unfolded with the events taking place that I warned about, because of the sins of mankind and the failure of God’s children to heed the warnings of LaSalette. Now in your time through my messages to you and my messages to many others, I continue the warnings that I had made to the children in 1846 and to you just nine years ago.

You must prepare for the increasing chaos and confusion that the evil one will be inflicting on the people of the world, particularly for those of you who are living so comfortably in the Unites States of America.

The sins of the citizens of this country are coming to bear now on your country. You can no longer blame only the leaders of your country for the events that are happening and are going to happen in the future, although many of them have been acting and continue to act in league with the evil one. These are the minions of the evil one who have taken control of the United States, as well as the other wealthy nations of the world, and it is their actions that are bringing about the terrible events that will lead to the chaos, confusion, and disorder in your country that has been predicted.

It is particularly because of the sin of abortion, the killing of the innocents in the womb, that the terrible events will be unleashed in order to bring about the cleansing of your country, as well as the whole world to bring the people of the world back into the fold of the Holy Father in Heaven, who wants only the best for His children.

Nonetheless, the children of your country have turned their backs on the Father in Heaven, as well as His Son, the Redeemer of the world, and on your Heavenly Mother. I am committed to see my children through these difficult times ahead, as long as my children turn to me with powerful prayers for the future safety and security of this nation, as well as the whole world.

I know that the Father in Heaven intends only the best journey for all of His children, and it is my intention, as well as my Son’s intention, to see all of you through the Great Transformation for all of humanity that will soon take place.

I leave you with this final message for these End Times: You must become powerful, prayerful warriors for the Father in Heaven to see the world through the Great Transformation that is about to take place. When the necessary events do indeed take place, the children of God will be triumphant in the end, because you have joined forces with your Creator to defeat the enemies of all that is good.

Thank you. WCWTS! Mary, Therese, and Joan are my favorite female saints. The Lord made Joan, at the age of 17, the Commander-in-Chief of the French armies! He also infused within her the gift which fascinated the other French generals: the knowledge of artillery placement! In other words, he equipped Joan to win!

Now JoeJerk has gained tremendous ground in the last century, in part, by embedding himself in the machinery of politics. First he captures hearts through deceit and deception, then he has those new recruits in his camp utilize politics to help achieve his agenda. Perhaps the messages of LTTW provide us with decoding equipment that allows us to perceive the fuller scope of our enemy's activity.

One of the keys to the ultimate French victory at Orleans was that Joan insisted on her soldiers' attendance at daily Mass and use of the confessional while in camp. That was the spiritual weapon par excellence! But she also was given an infused gift to know how to use cannon to punch holes in the English defense so as to win on the battlefield. I think we need to grant some slack to our soon-to-be victorious Queen to act in both spiritual and temporal realms to secure her victory for Christ's sake!

NATO Says Russian Military Equipment Entering East Ukraine

NATO has observed columns of Russian military equipment including tanks, artillery and combat troops entering eastern Ukraine in the past two days, the military alliance's supreme allied commander said Wednesday.

"Across the last two days we have seen the same thing that OSCE is reporting. We have seen columns of Russian equipment, primarily Russian tanks, Russian artillery, Russian air defence systems and Russian combat troops entering into Ukraine," US General Philip Breedlove said in Sofia.

Russia's bombers to conduct regular patrols, ranging from the Arctic to the Gulf of Mexico

MOSCOW - In a show of military muscle amid tensions with the West, Russia will send long-range strategic bombers on regular patrol missions across the globe, from the Arctic Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico, a top official said Wednesday.

The announcement by Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu came as NATO's chief accused Russia of sending fresh troops and tanks into eastern Ukraine.

"Over the last few days, we have seen multiple reports of large convoys moving into Eastern Ukraine," said NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg. "We assess that this significant military buildup includes Russian artillery, tanks, air defence systems and troops. His statement called the situation a "severe threat to the cease-fire."

We know that the Storm is upon us. As to the day or hour, I need to remind myself of one thing. If I invoke Our Lady as she requests, if today I beg for Divine Mercy to fall, if I humbly embrace the Gospel, then the string of events and timing of events will change so that grace will impact more souls. Jesus has promised so let us pray with confident patience:

BRISBANE, Australia — Vladimir Putin is underlining his presence at a major summit of world leaders in Australia by stationing warships in waters off the country’s northeastern coast, prompting the Australian prime minister to angrily accuse Russia of trying to reclaim the “lost glories” of the Soviet Union.

The diplomatic drama, which has been simmering since a Malaysia Airlines plane was shot down over an area of Ukraine controlled by Russian-backed separatists in July, threatened to overshadow Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott’s goal of keeping this weekend’s G-20 summit focused on economic growth.

But Abbott, who had previously said he would physically confront the Russian president over the Flight MH17 disaster that killed 298 people, including 38 Australian citizens and residents, did little to dampen tensions with his latest critique of Putin’s Russia.

In recent days, four Russian warships have entered international waters off the Australian coast to coincide with Putin’s visit to Australia for the summit that brings together the leaders of the world’s 20 biggest industrialized and developing economies. Australia, in turn, sent three warships of its own to monitor them.

The Russian embassy said Friday that Russia’s Pacific fleet was testing its range, and could be used as security for Putin.

Now, the site most often and vigorously being pushed on me are the “Locutions to the World.” I agree with about 80% of the content at the site, I am impressed by both the piety and care of many involved with it, and I appreciate many of the areas it touches on, but I am unconvinced that it is supernatural in origin rather than just refined private meditations. Part of the reason is that Our Lady never talks there in the voice with which she speaks to me…the language and the rhythms are not the same. Oh, sometimes it is close, but never closer than a really good actress’ performance. It feels kind of like Meryl Streep starring in the role of Our Lady to me. That is entirely personal, but it is a means I have used for decades when my priests have asked me to consider something – and it is the means by which I discerned from the first, seemingly pious message from Maria Divine Mercy, that she was an utter fraud. So I do not consider it dispositive, but I don’t discount it either.

 

Perhaps we'll just have to wait until Charlie's angel directs him to a full 100%

Re: another private revelation, Medjugorje, from Charlie:

I have written before that, until March of 1993, I thought it something of a carnival. I changed my mind simply because my angel told me it is authentic and, in fact, that Lourdes, Fatima and Medjugorje are manifestations of a single event. I reacted with some skepticism. My angel said, with a chuckle, that Medjugorje is, indeed, encrusted with the barnacles of these times, but I should not dismiss it because it is, nonetheless, authentic. Since I try to always judge things by their fruit, I like to think I would eventually have come to the same conclusion on my own, but it is entirely possible I would never have paid much attention to it at all had I not been directed not to gainsay it.
