June 18, 2014 - Joey Lomangino has passed away.

You are entitled to your opinion Jose that there is never going to be a warning or a miracle. What matters is that you are prepared spiritually if you died today. The future is in God's hands.

 

Unfortunately,she is forbidden to talk about the Miracle date. So there is no sense in asking her.

 

Im really trying not to get into debating but its not easy because so many wish to push promoting.

Their sadness is not a sadness that can be compared with the sadness we are feeling on earth. They still have feelings for us. Jesus can also be "sad" like our guardian angels can be "sad" when we do not behave as we should do. But that does not take away their spiritual happiness, the glory in which they are. Their sadness does not oppress them because they are in Heaven and in eternal felicity. It is another sadness which we can only understand when we are in Heaven. Everything there is so different from earth and not to be compared with the meaning we have given to our earthly words.

We are now witnessing the online equivalent of a graveside brawl.

I never knew Joey but I find the 'discussion' in this thread offensive. My heart goes out to personal friends of Joey receiving punch after punch - there is a place for heated discussion but not here. If people refuse to behave then deny them the location.

As this is the Lord's day, a day for rest and peace, maybe we all can first pray for Joey and his family. Second, let's pray for each other. Let's not worry or debate this fir at least today. Today is a Solemnity Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Our Lord. He gave us His Body and Blood so that we would be one with Him. Peace.

 

Better then closing this forum is to remove all posts that are debating Garabandal on this thread and clean it up.

 

It would take forever. I suppose the penalty of free speech is that sometimes we get to hear things and at times we don't like.

For the second time I encourage people to leave the debate Garabandal stuff till the Assumption.

Its strange how Garabandal has always been a cause of such passion on both sides.

I will try to look out for posts stirring the pot on this issue and zonk them in future. It is good to be sensitive and kind at this time.

 

I read somewhere that St. Faustina was puzzled, because she watched the institution of the feast of Divine Mercy, which was the day of her canonization, with the sisters in the convent, but it was happening in Rome. When St. John Paul II instituted the feast, her sisters were watching on a big screen in the convent!

I have been away moving my family and my heart is aching for you/all involved with Garabandal on this news. Heartbreaking. I will pray for and DO believe Joey now has his new eyes.

Do you always take over comment boxes as well as the free will of others? How Christian of you....not.

 

My first reaction to Joey's death was sadness because I always believed he would get his new eyes on earth and I thought he did too. Then I found online the letter written to Joey by Conchita and she said you will see on the day of the miracle. She didn't say whether that would be in heaven or on earth but just that he would see it. I heard Joey say about 5 times that St. Padre Pio said Garabandal was true and who was more devout than our dear Joey. He would never lie. Now I realize I was wrong for being angry and thinking he was deceived. I have been waiting so long for the warning and miracle and wondered why it has taken so long. I asked this question once to one of Joey's workers and he told me the seers during the time of the apparitions was overheard to say "so long" and he said they were referring to how long this would take so now I realize it is in God's plan that it had to be this way. I mean no disrespect putting this on here and I tried to post it to the "Garabandal News" forum and looked for it but for some reason I couldn't find a place to post on there. I don't think Joey minds that we are debating this. He was always very open to questions and answered them with patience and kindness. I feel priveleged to have known such a saint.

Just some more facts about Joey that tell you this was a special man. Lets look at all the dates pertaining to Joey's life ask yourself is the date if his death significant ? FIRST born on the FEAST DAY OF ST. FAUSTINA (who saw the upcoming Warning ) SECOND. after his accident that left him blind, he was in a coma for a week ! He woke up on THE FEAST OF OUR LADY OF MT. CARMEL !THIRD, Joey was married on Dec. 8th, THE FEAST OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION, and FOURTH, he died on the DOUBLE ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST APPEARANCE OF ST.MICHAEL AT GARABANDAL, AND THE LAST MESSAGE FROM MARY AT GARABANDAL. Hmmmm, I think I see a pattern here
