with my divine life residing in their souls will endure those days and enter my era of peace. My son, at baptism all my children receive sanctifying grace, but many do not progress beyond spiritual infancy. I will not lose any the Father has given to me. My spiritual babies will come home to be with me to prevent the loss of their souls. A soul who does not partake of my Eucharist remains a spiritual baby. Just as a human baby must eat solid food to grow to adulthood, so spiritually you must receive my graces through the sacraments to mature to spiritual adulthood. The body must be fed to grow.Likewise, the soul must be fed to grow and mature. Satan knows this truth. ...

This question of 'spiritual babies' (which it should be remembered is a term of endearment as well as a description of immaturity) is interesting. What we have in the Verne Dagenais messages is very similar to what I'm finding in Fr Adam Skwarczynski's visions as contained in his as yet untranslated Polish book, written under the pseudonym 'Ivan Novotny', entitled 'Z Aniolem do Nowego Swiata'. It's a fascinating and extremely thought-provoking read, even if it is a little difficult to evaluate as by his own admission it is a mixture of his own mystical experiences from childhood and the accounts of others. In Fr Adam's book you find the idea that God will miraculously take a lot of people (and not necessarily bad folk) off the earth, with only a remnant making it through to the Era of Peace.

The reason I bring this up is that one puzzling feature of recent prophetic messages that look as though they could be authentic is that some talk openly about the Era of Peace, while others talk explicitly about being taken 'home' or to 'heaven' (Julie Whedbee and Glynda Linkous being in the second category). I'm still trying to sort this out, but it seems to me that God is preparing people for different things - for some the time ahead will mean their final days on earth, either because they fall into the 'spiritual babies' class and need to disappear for their own protection, because their earthly work is ended, or because they will be granted the crown of martyrdom. For others the mission will be to survive through the coming trials (which is likely to be a very tough ask...).

In other words, I'm coming round to a possibility that Kathy K (I think) mentioned somewhere before on this thread, i.e. that there is a grain of truth in the notion of a Rapture, but it has been fundamentally misunderstood by its proponents as the fulfillment of God's favour for all true believers (who will gloat from heaven over the fate of the world...). Contrary to this fundamentalist Protestant view, what Fr Adam S. and the 'God speaks will you listen' messages both suggest is that it is the spiritually mature who will be 'left behind' to enter the Era of Peace.

    Does this make any sense?

Yes! For what it's worth, I heard in prayer, right after Yom Kippur this past September, "Decisions have been made." It seemed to me that I was told that the time of sifting and testing had ended, and plans for each of us (i.e. sudden death, martyrdom or (eek!) surviving in the remnant Church) were set.

God's attention to details on our behalf, taking into consideration our maturity, our ability and our commitment to Him, and making plans for our greatest good, just takes my breath away!

(I don't really pay attention to the Jewish calendar, but here is a brief explanation of Yom Kippur):

    Yom Kippur

Starting on the first day of the month "Elul" ("Rosh Chodesh Elul"), many Jews get up every night and go to the synagogue, a custom which is known as Selichot. There they pray for forgiveness until morning comes, and then go to work. The custom becomes more and more intense, and reaches a peak on the 10 days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, known as the "Yamim Nora'im" ("The Days of Awe"). During these days Jews ask God and each other for forgiveness, and greet each other with the blessing "May you be inscribed in the Book of Life".

According to the Jewish religion, Yom Kippur is the "dead-line" for changing one's ways and being forgiven for bad deeds. The meaning of the name "Yom Kippur" is "The Day of Atonement". In order to be inscribed in God's "Book of Life" (and be granted a happy new year), it is not enough to pray and be forgiven by God, but a person must also make sure he hurt no other people, broke no vows, and was forgiven by others for any sorrow he accidentally caused them. One cannot be forgiven by God for hurting other people, and therefore it is customary to do soul-searching at this time of the year, and apologize to others for anything that may have caused them pain. At the end of Yom Kippur, God's "Book of Life" is closed and sealed until the next year. http://www.judaica-guide.com/yom_kippur/

As far as I recall in the Book of Revelations it talks about the prayers of the martyrs going up before the Lord like incense and the cries of the dead going before the Throne of God for justice and being upheld. I will have to check.:)

    Fatima,

The New Testament reference for the Bride comes from Revelation 19 and refers to the Church:

7 "Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready." 8 It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints .

You are correct padraig. Revelations 6

[6] And I heard as it were a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, saying: Two pounds of wheat for a penny, and thrice two pounds of barley for a penny, and see thou hurt not the wine and the oil. [7] And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature, saying: Come, and see. [8] And behold a pale horse, and he that sat upon him, his name was Death, and hell followed him. And power was given to him over the four parts of the earth, to kill with sword, with famine, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. [9] And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held. [10] And they cried with a loud voice, saying: How long, O Lord (holy and true) dost thou not judge and revenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

[11] And white robes were given to every one of them one; and it was said to them, that they should rest for a little time, till their fellow servants, and their brethren, who are to be slain, even as they, should be filled up. [12] And I saw, when he had opened the sixth seal, and behold there was a great earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair: and the whole moon became as blood: [13] And the stars from heaven fell upon the earth, as the fig tree casteth its green figs when it is shaken by a great wind: [14] And the heaven departed as a book folded up: and every mountain, and the islands were moved out of their places. [15] And the kings of the earth, and the princes, and tribunes, and the rich, and the strong, and every bondman, and every freeman, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of mountains:

So if you had your pick between taken, martyred or remnant what would it be? Now to be fair lets assume you go to your martyrdom in ecstasy singing the glory of God as so many martyrs in the past did.

Mario, I am aware of this passage in scripture. However, in scripture it refers to the 'bride of Christ' as his Church. I interpreted Jackie's message, which I was questioning, was more in reference to a person, not the Church.

GSWYL 10-23-07 Our Lord's message to Verne Dagenais

I created the world in six days. On the seventh day, I rested from the work of creation as Genesis 2:1-3 states. My people, this era of yours is soon coming to an end. The sixth day of creation is finished. The seventh day will be called the era of peace. This is a mystery which has been hidden from mankind for many years. My prophets have described these times to my people. Isaiah 30:26: And the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days: in the day when the Lord shall bind up the wounds of his people, and shall heal the stroke of their wound. Now read Isaiah 65: 17-25. This is a description of my era of peace. To repeat myself, the seventh day of creation is the fulfillment of the era of peace. Now read Apocalypse 20:1-7. These verses also describe the era of peace. The casting of the man of sin and his followers into the pool of fire, marks the end of the 6th day of creation. At that time, I will renew my creation and the seventh day will begin. This day has been described as lasting 1000 years. Remember what my word states: II Peter 3:8: But of this one thing be not ignorant, my beloved, that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The entire era of peace is described as a time period of the seventh day or a thousand years. Only I the Lord God knows the length of the era of peace. During this era of peace, my son Jesus will reign through my Catholic church. This can be called the Eucharistic reign of my son. Do not be confused with the millennial heresy. My son is not going to reign in the flesh in the temporal City of Jerusalem. This is a heretical teaching. My son is going to reign in his Eucharistic glory in the New Jerusalem, which is my church. My son will only return in the flesh at the end of the era of peace or human history, to judge mankind at the last judgment. Time will not exist during my era of peace, as you understand it. Apocalypse 20:5-6 states: The rest of the dead lived not, till the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection. In these the second death hath no power. But they shall be priests of God and of Christ: and shall reign with him a thousand years. This first resurrection occurs in the era of peace. My saints will be resurrected and receive glorified bodies and walk among my people, teaching and instructing the Catholic faith. This has been described as the temporal kingdom by the Church Fathers. This will be the Promised Land my children of Israel will inherit. My Will will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

The sentence in bold seems to refer to the "rapture" of those living in the Divine Will.

    continued......

Listen to the following words carefully. Only those who trust totally in God Almighty will inherit the Promised Land. Remember only 2 men, Josue and Caleb, entered the Promised Land in the Old Testament. To enter the era of peace, you must abandon yourself totally to my will. You must live the consecrations made to my daughter Mary and my son Jesus. You must follow the teachings of my Catholic Church, and pick up your cross daily following my son Jesus Christ. If you do not follow these words, you cannot enter my era of peace. The sin of unbelief prevented my children from entering the Promised Land in the Old Testament, and it will once again prevent my children from entering the era of peace. Let go of your attachment to earthly desires and attractions. You must be willing to be persecuted and totally dependent on your Lord and Savior. Remember: And unto
whomsoever much is given, of him much shall be required: and to whom they have committed much, of him they will demand the more. Luke 12:48

My Catholic children, you have been given the complete truth. Do not reject your Catholic faith, for you will be held to the highest standard on the Day of Judgment. Read soberly II Peter 2:20-21: For if, flying from the pollutions of the world, through the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they be again entangled in them and overcome: their latter state is become unto them worse than the former. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of justice, than after they have known it, to turn back from that holy commandment which was delivered to them.

Now read Hebrews 10:29-31: How much more, do you think he deserveth worse punishments, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath esteemed the blood of the testament unclean, by which he was sanctified, and hath offered an affront to the Spirit of grace? For we know him that hath said: Vengeance belongeth to me, and I will repay. And again: The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Do not think these words are only written to the clergy and the religious orders. These words are written to all those who have taken the vows of baptism, confirmation, and who have made consecrations to my daughter Mary and my Son Jesus Christ. Your vows have set you apart from the world and you are my new children of Israel. If you reject your vows to your Father and you refuse to repent, there is not a hot enough place in hell for you. For you have tasted of my goodness, received my mercy and graces, and have the Holy Trinity residing in your soul. Do not reject so great a salvation. I repeat myself a final time: Trust in the Lord God Almighty completely, live your vows and promises to your Lord and Savior, and enter into my rest on my seventh day and eternally on the eighth day. These words are from God Almighty to those who have ears to hear. Amen.

Wow!!! I've read these messages 3 times, all the way through, and somehow missed this passage.

This gives me the shivers, thinking back on the time I drifted away from the Lord...What a gift the illumination will be, to wake up the lukewarm!!!

I think I would choose a bloody martyrdom. I just don't think I have the spiritual stamina to survive a prolonged persecution as part of the remnant.

As St Therese said just before she died, smiled and said, 'Grace, grace, grace; it's all about grace'.

It's not about we can or can't do.

It's all about what God can do..and God can do anything He pleases.

Strengthened by His grace we can do just about anything too.;)

I really don't know what I would choose. There is obviously a part of me that wants the no pain easy way out but there is a much greater part of me inside that wants to stay to the end and help as many as I can. Only God knows what He will do with me. I will share this though. Over the summer I was walking and praying in the woods one day and the connection to God was very close and deep. During this praying I was focussing on the souls in purgatory and as I was praying for them begging for mercy and release my prayers went to asking God if when I die could I take the place of someone in purgatory. This was a hard thing for me and the tears began to swell up in my eyes. Inside I felt or rather heard a question to me if I would be willing to stay for all of them until the end and really be the last. With a heavy heart and tears swelling I did say yes to this but begged Jesus to be my side and to not be alone. This has been on my mind ever since and I honestly don't know if my brain did this or if it was from the Lord but I did say yes and stand by that but continue to pray for help in doing such a hard thing.

Recently I was looking into the novena of Our Lady of Good Success that Kathy K posted and started it on Saturday. As I was reading about this I noticed that Sister Maria de Jesus once felt the suffering of hell for 5 years in reparation for a fellow sister that was going to hell. This sister was sparred of hell by Maria de Jesus but found herself in purgatory and was told she will stay there until judgement. Now I naturally wonder if she will get to move on and is it me that stays there til judgement. As you can imagine this is been somewhat tough and troubling in my mind but at the end of the day I truly feel in my heart that I would gladly suffer so others do not have to despite how hard that suffering may be or despite not truly knowing what it is indeed that I said yes to. God help me I pray. Now I notice that when I am praying though I don't assume that I am going to heaven or even purgatory. I pray and beg God to save me from the fires of hell and at least give me the opportunity to suffer in the purifying fires of purgatory.

Pride is a tough thing. I do not want to be prideful and feel that all that I do now earns me a spot in heaven. If anything I tend to feel more and more like the wealthy man that came to Jesus and said he has done all he asks but when Jesus asked him to now sell all his belongings and come join him, he dropped his head and walked away feeling defeated. I find myself feeling defeated often and not worthy no matter how many rosaries I say, or how many chaplets I say, or how many times I go to confession or partake in the eurcharist. I just don't feel good or worthy enough. Is this natural or the evil one putting doubts in my head? How can one ever feel worthy enough, happy enough or full of joy? How can one not feel that they could be a part of the lukewarm. Do others sometimes feel that like Jesus said it would be better to be one who does not know anything than to know and still find themselves becoming lukewarm. Is this fear that is still guiding me and not trust and love? I really struggle with this debate internally about if it is ever enough that I do for God. Do I pray enough? Do I give enough? Am I kind enough.....etc.... Oh how I wish I could feel joy instead of fear or being unworthy.

Sharing, from Mary Beth's blog, the person who received the above message. This vido was posted recently...

Perry Stone, a Protestant like Mary Beth, I have heard his name. In this 2008 YouTube, Perry and another gentleman have a devotion to "communion" except their understanding is so different than ours. Three minutes long, view their directions and discussion. These two, when the Great Warning happens, they'll be okay.

I watch Perry Stone sometimes on TV, his show is called Manna-Fest. He is very big into the Old Testament and is in the Holy Land a lot. Yes, these two seem to be as close to declaring the bread and wine as the body and blood as I have ever seen a Protestant declare. I agree that they will be good apostles after the warning. Perry knows a lot about Mary and I even bet he has a devotion for her that he may not reveal to his followers. How could he not with all the times he has visited Israel? I think he has a very good and genuine ministry. When you hear him talk and preach, he is sooo close to the truth that it almost hurts to watch him talk around it. He is teaching a lot of people about the history of the Church, and that is a very good thing. I feel for him because I think if he would only go that one tiny step further he would see the Catholic connection. His whole ministry is searching for that history, the roots, and the tie-in to today. He is one that would be a great "journey home story" someday. Right now though, he is going the way of merging Hebrew tradition into his own beliefs, kind-of like a Hebrew Christian, ignoring the fact that Catholics already do this in many, many ways. I would love to meet him in a hotel lounge someday and have a long discussion with him about all of it!

    Hello Fellow Believers,

I would like to respond to the post by Peter B., Principalities. I want to thank you for your post. You have given me some very needed clarification. Three years ago the Lord gave me an interesting gift. First, I saw on myself and then on others at random times an image of an ashen cross in various shapes and shades of darkness on people's foreheads. It appeared much like what we see on Ash Wednesday yet looks like an ashen tatoo of a cross. After some research, I have come to understand that this ashen cross is the Seal of God or mark spoken of in the Book of Revelations 8:6 & 9:20 and the Book of Ezekial 9:3-4 (The Hebrew word for "mark" in the Book of Ezekiel is taw - which is a letter of the Hebrew alphabet and is shaped like a cross.) This spiritual gift was the beginning of others that have subsequently followed. I agree with you regarding the misinterpretation of Rapture by many Protestants. It is due to this false doctrine that so many Protestants are failing to prepare for the present times. Preparation for these times requires a wrending or surrendering of one's heart to the Lord which is a true repentance and turning to God and not merely a life of cheap grace (I am forgiven so I can do anything I want) practiced by so many professing Christians today. The Body of Christ needs to be awakened.

About 20 months ago, I started to have frequent visions of the Blessed Mother. I came to realize that she was calling me to a mission. I guess I would liken myself to a field commander in the Spiritual Army the Blessed Mother is assembling for her Son, the Risen King. I fondly think of her as the Mother General. Our Blessed Mother is very loving and also very strong. Currently, I am being sent out to meet with people whom I realize now are being prepared to both serve the Lord as his witness for others after the Warning (the final Sealing of Believers) and possibly survive through to the Era of Peace. I have observed that part of this preparation for most people involves a period of extreme trials and suffering in one's life. I even told someone yesterday that the Lord was using these trials in both her and her husband's lives to bring them out of spiritual infancy. I also told her, "You are being prepared for something much bigger." As far as martyr-hood, I agree that sadly many more true Believers will be killed for their faith. Lastly, through the time of purification (chastisements), the Holy Spirit has revealed to me that the Lord will remove all evil from the world but many of the righteous shall also perish leaving only a remnant of Believers for the Era of Peace. However, if we have surrendered our hearts to the Lord, we have nothing to fear in death.
Peter B.- Your post confirmed and clarified this knowledge and understanding from the Holy Spirit. Thank you.

Peace and Blessings - A Sister in Christ

I think we are each being prepared for God's plan for us, individually. And He gives us the desires of our hearts.

Once, I spent a lot of time talking with a young woman who was so afraid of giving her "yes" to God. "What if He makes me sell everything and go to Africa? I don't want to go to Africa!"

It came to me in prayer that when we truly, totally and irrevocably give our "fiat" to God, He gives us HIS desire in our hearts. Kind of sneaky, but also very merciful. So, whichever path He chooses for us, if we stay close to Him, we will actually desire what He wants.

This has important implications for preparation. No need to gather up nuts for the winter if you won't be here for it! Don't do what others are doing - just what you feel called to do. Maybe it's "bug out" backpacks for those going to refuges, gathering and nest-building for those who will BE refuges, and detachment for those who will soon be called home.

Whichever path we are taken down, there will be more than sufficient grace to cover us if we remain faithful.
