I woke up in a bit of a storm last night and thought maybe my little caravan was going to blow away. As I lay there praying about protection an idea came to me. How about if some of us do a novena to Our Lady Queen of Prophets for light from the Holy Spirit about all that is happening and is about to happen in our Church and the World. We could share as we go along any graces granted.
I don't think I've ever heard of anyone doing a novena like this before... But it reminds me of Our Lady and the Apostles gathered in the Cenacle before Pentecost I think given the gravity of the times it would be a great grace doing this and that great graces will Spring from it. .

I will pray the novena but I need to say I do not look to see the distant shore, one step enough for me. I pray that I can live in the present moment always focused on Jesus and Mary. I don't expect any dreams as I can never remember them anyway
Beautiful. Just beautiful. Fr Ripperger has a podcast about Our Lady--can't remember titles--where he says Beelzebub during an exorcism confessed that Our Lady is completely given to God. And always was. " she denied Him nothing!" And that greatest moment of triumph was at the foot of the cross.
One thing I noticed in the Old Testament is that Prophets and Prophecy are everywhere. In the New Testament too we see Prophets and those who can Discern true Prophecy everywhere in the Church. In modern times I think most people would see Prophecy as the ability to see the future. But that is really not what Prophesy is centrally about. Prophesy is all about seeing things as Gods see them. It is a bit like a Spiritual Drone that enables us to, in the midst of all the darkness and total confusion to see things as Heaven sees them. This is what Wisdom truly is to refer all things to God. What are the Prophetic sources in the Modern Church. Well various Popes. Marian Apparitions. Saints. Mystics. But as Our Lady of Akita prophesied the Church has fallen into a state of total confusion, with Bishop opposing Bishop and Cardinal , Cardinal. If ever we needed a God's Eye view of things it is at present. Heavenly Father grant us the Grace to see things as you do. Amen.
But in seeing things with the eyes of Eternity we may get glimpses of the future, it's true. But that's not the main deal.
By the way I didn't know this until I heard it this morning. But apparently it was widely believed that the Fulness of the Tribulation would not start until right after Sister Sasagwana of Akita died. Had anyone else heard this? Well she died just a few days ago and Israel and the Lebanon are hard at it right away.
