I can't make sense of that, in the context of the entire passage, unless it was meant as a back-reference to Eve.

  4. It's 'he' in the sense that it's agreeing with σπέρματός (so it's actually 'it'), in which case you could make the argument that it refers to the Church in addition to Christ (and therefore female laity as well - so the way some protestants take it to mean 'he' as in the male part of the human race is not really supported. One thing I seem to remember hearing in the Methodist church that I was brought to as a kid is that it was also referring to male Farmers having to defend their families from snakes or something else kinda nonsensical and mildly misogynistic).

In short, if I wasn't clear above, the koine has the seed doing the crushing and the vulgate has the woman doing it, the Hebrew (supposedly - I don't know any Hebrew) could be either.

So there are currently two hurricanes in the Atlantic right now, Beryl and Chris. The interesting thing about beryl is that it is a crystal and is mentioned in the bible in several places. It is used to symbolize the tribe of Naphtali on the breast plate of the high priest. It also is used to describe the body of God in Daniel. As well, it is mentioned in the book of Revelation.

And obviously the name Chris has it's origins in the name of Christopher, which means Christ bearing

I have no idea what this means, but I find it very interesting that the names of two hurricanes in a row, at this time, have allusions to God. They are also coming from the east to the west.

  6. Weird, I was just talking about not knowing Hebrew above and then your post reminded me of a dream I had a while ago.

If there are long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns, it is hubris to imagine that human activities are the 'main driver'. There was a 'mini-ice age' in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries (the Thames used to annually freeze over) and we are gradually emerging from this. If it was the planet that this people were really worried about, these people would logically rejoice, as higher temperatures would bring a stimulus to life everywhere, regardless of certain undesirable side-effects (there are always undesirable side-effects in any physical situation), but their real intention, I fear, is death, at least of a very large portion of the human race.

One of the Great Signs of the Coming of World War 2 was the Great 1938 Hurricane. It reminds me of Hurricane Beryl. The weather patterns now in the USA are exactly what they were in 1938 with extreme heat.

People forget we have always had very bad weather now and again.

How dare you introduce facts into the situation, you denier you!

[I do find it a great consolation that we opponents of the zeitgeist have facts, reality and commonsense on our side, in just about every situation imaginable, something that won't change even if they get rid of us all].

Just something to be aware of. Previous to the huge earthquake of the New Madrid fault in 1811 was a total eclipse. The quake happened three months after the eclipse. This year the total eclipse went right over the New Madrid fault line and the three month mark will be July 8 since it occurred on April 8. I think I will stay close to home throughout July just in case.

I would like to show this to some people, but before I do, I know they will ask how do they know what the temperatures were way back then. Do you know where this data comes from?

I'll leave it to Garabandal to provide the data (!), but Greenland was given that name for a reason.

My parents who were just kids at the time, have vivid memories of the 1938 hurricane. There was no warning whatsoever. My mother was playing in a park across the street from her house, and massive trees in the park were suddenly uprooted. She recalls every mother in the neighborhood yelling out of windows for their children to come home. My dad said the wind was so intense his whole house was shaking, and his bed actually moved from one side of the room to the other. They pretty much thought it was the end of the world. There was total devastation in Rhode Island, the South Coast of Massachusetts, and the Connecticut coast. People were poor and still struggling with the Great Depression, but what they did have was resilience, and good old fashioned brute strength. They pulled together, and in record time they managed to get the horrific mess cleaned up and put their lives back together. So different from these times when people are dependent upon government agencies to come to their rescue in the aftermath of terrible storms. Many Americans have lost the ability to be self sufficient that was a key to survival for previous generations. Weather patterns have always been with us, intensely hot summers will heat up the Atlantic and create these monster hurricanes.

Beryl turns into a storm after it passes over the Yucatan Peninsula, then back into a hurricane. With Corpus Christi being the projected center of trajectory, arriving 7 am this Monday. As mentioned before, beryl is a crystal which represents the body of God in Daniel 10:6. Hurricane Christopher already made landfall.

So, true. Thank you for this post. Growing up in Florida in the 1960’s and 70’s, 80’s, we had freezing winters. Well, freezing for most of us who grew up in the tropics. We didn’t have snow, we had some frost, but it was cold all winter. Not anymore. An 80 degree Christmas is the norm today.

Having studied economic and social history I am well aware of the Roman warming period, the Medieval warming period, mini ice ages - believe me global cooling is much worse than global warming.

Just be warned though the internet is heavily censored on these things - sites like Wikipedia have been doctored to downplay the reality of climate change in previous eras.
