It was recounted to Malachi Martin that a story was going around that when JXXIII read the third secret he fainted because it said a pope would be possessed by Satan and he was terrified it might be him. Malachi Martin (who had been there) didn't deny it. No wonder the secret got buried. Just like LaSallette. Our Lady told Maximim that there would be a "worm eaten" pope. That too got buried. So to borrow from the little blue book-- I am handing over to Mary what I can't control. St Michael protect us!

Thank you for posting. Fr Roux is a very very holy priest. I would take his words very seriously. He was close to JPII and has I believe mystical knowledge.

To be aware of events and impending troubles is one thing. To be consumed by speculation is another. I believe the words Jesus spoke to the Church of Ephesus in the Book of Revelation are pertinent to me at this moment with Advent approaching:

Rev 2:2 I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear evil men but have tested those who call themselves apostles but are not, and found them to be false; 3 I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name’s sake, and you have not grown weary. 4 But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first. 5 Remember then from what you have fallen, repent and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent.

To what works is Jesus referring. I believe they are the spiritual and corporal works of Mercy. There is a danger of my spending my free time primarily in analysis. For Jesus to commend me for discerning evil and false men is good, but to become preoccupied with developments and neglect reaching out to the needy no matter the form that takes, would be a type of seductive blindness. This is a constant battle within.

Love is a cultivation of charitable, concrete acts on behalf of persons the Father has placed in my life. Time to find balance in my life. Less looking over my shoulder and more sensitivity to those needy ones right in front of me.

What goes around comes around. You will be hear less from me until the Christmas season has passed us by.:coffee:

AED - I just received this information on this Saint. He was devoted to the Eucharist, and he’s Catalan. They don’t consider themselves Spanish. April 10th is his feast day. Maybe?

How old? Has to be a young martyr of the Holy Eucharist.

It is a never ending cascade of evil! Here's the latest!

Terry Barber of Virgin Most Powerful Radio revealed on Sunday that Pope Francis’ apostolic nuncio to the United States, Cardinal Christophe Pierre, told Bishop Joseph Strickland three years ago that “there is no deposit of faith.”
“Bishop Strickland communicated to me that … Pierre confronted [him] and said, ‘Look, the Holy Father is watching you. You need to stop talking about the deposit of faith. There is no deposit of faith.’”

“Well, you can imagine how shocking that is to hear a nuncio say there’s no deposit of faith, because if you don’t believe in the deposit of faith, you’re not Catholic,” continued Barber. “That’s not just my opinion. That’s the Church teaching.”

Bishop Strickland must have suffered terribly upon hearing this horrible warning from the Cardinal. He knew it would be just a matter of time before they came for him. Heartbreaking.

He spoke of believing Our Lady gave him a mission to stand up for the faith. He is at peace he says because he is doing what she requested. Even if it leads to his death. He says his life is hers . So powerful. Terry Barbour asks everyone to pray that Pope Francis reverses his decision. And to pray for Bishop Strickland.

Well I still try to pray for him every day , for the three Hail Marys at the start of the Rosary. But it is the strangest most difficult thing. Like hitting a brick wall. It is as though my prayers were bouncing back right at me, like a rubber ball. It is uncomfortable , weird. So I offer them for the Church instead. But I do keep trying.

I don't give up. It reminds me of, in the past praying for a dead person and being warned that he is in hell and beyond mercy.

Or again praying for a living person and being warned that that person needs whole oceans and oceans of prayers. Kinda deflating.

But prayer is never ever wasted, God uses them for something else good.

Maybe it is as well not to know. A bit like digging up an old grave. I try my best not to think about him at all as far as I can. But he is just so very, very difficult to ignore, like a sore tooth or something.

Maybe he will give us all a bit of piece for a while. Please God.

    A bit of peace.

That would be so wonderful. He is always up to some horrible devilment. Never stopping even for a second..and at his age too.

    Yes I heard that too.

There are so many stories I recall now. They are like so many old black crows flying back to the trees at roosting time in the evening and calling out dire warnings. Sinister beyond belief.

    Brrrrrr shiver.

Well I am going to do my best to forget it all for a while and go back to my nice quiet prayer life and reading. Hopefully he will leave us all in peace until after Christmas. A bit of nice peace and quiet.

    Please God.
