Michael Voris, of the church militant fame, did a wonderful piece on Presidant Obama and how he was the product of the archdiocese of Chicago and his visit to Notre Dame U was basically a victory lap fpr Obama, ND, and the arch of chi. Outstanding viewing. Also, the ACP,archdiocese of chicago priests, which has had tentacles here since the early 1900's, is another major obstacle for authentis catholicism here.

Well - when I lived in the USA (I was married to an American for some years & we lived in Santa Fe, NM), I had 3 children there and I became a Catholic Home schooling mom. Through reading Scott Hahn's "Rome Sweet Home', I had recently returned to my childhood faith and had begun to really study the faith, became a Third Order Carmelite, and was probably introduced to RCF through the Wanderer. I cannot remember for sure, but I think I joined them, because I'm pretty sure I received their publications.

The Catholic Church of Chicago, in bed with Warner Bros? What next? This latest horror movie, "The Conjuring", (a work of the Devil, which I won't be going to check out ), was directed by James Wan, the same man who directed "Saw" & "Insidious". When I first read the link you posted about this, Philip, I said to myself: "Oh that priest must have been an actor surely, just someone dressed up as a priest." But No. Turns out that the Chicago priest who lent/sold himself to Warner Brothers, addressing the movie's audience before the advanced screening & blessing the "Demon Protection Kits" was Fr Jason Malave, a former Chairman of the ACP. (Association of Chicago Priests) I can't help but notice that the first syllable of his surname is "Mal" & and the second syllable is "Ave". Not a good omen, surely? But wait - let's not be too depressed about this latest turn of events. Let's play the "glad" game. Perhaps there is something positive to be found in this perplexing & confusing situation of such strange bedfellows as the Catholic Church and the latest Warner Brothers Horror movie - a film in which the heroine is a self described (in real life) "Trance Medium" ? Well - on the up-side, I could say, Fr Malave has found a novel way of preparing the pagan masses for the 3 Days of Darkness - because now they will have in their possession Holy water, Rosary Beads & a Saint Michael the Archangel prayer card. Furthermore, having seen the movie, they won't be so scared when the sky turns black & all of the devils from Hell are let loose. They'll be desensitised to the horror of it all. Hopefully the Rosary Beads are the glow in the dark kind.

I am afraid Ed and Lorraine Warren's web site (the couple who are the psychic investigators) in the film is a bit of a downer. http://edandlorrainewarren.net/ I thnk they are both Catholics and describe themselves as 'Demonologists.' They have been involved in all kinds of really dangerous stuff like Amityville. Though I think the subject of this film takes the biscuit. I have been reading about their goings on for many, many years now, I suppose they are world famous at this stage. I don't realy believe in lay people getting involved in stuff like this, they are either very brave or very very innocent. Its bit like using TNT as play putty. I'd love to meet them to swap stories with.

Hi Julie, last I read, Trevor Louden is not yet a Christian. Nonetheless, he has done years of research on the spread of Communism both in the U.S. and in NZ. Our Lady of Fatima warned us that Russia would spread her errors throughout the world. Trevor Loudon, though he may know nothing of Fatima, is an absolute fount of knowledge about the subject of the spread of Communism throughout the world. He has written a book called "Barak Obama and the Enemies Within" which is to be released in August. Re the book "Who Fired the First Shot" - I did not read enough of that book to know how it fits with what Trevor has to say. I did not persevere with the book, because it seemed to be more suited to those who live under the constitution of the U.S. and who are seeking a place of refuge. As we are not governed by the U.S. constitution here, in NZ, I wasn't sure it could be of help to us. Re Snowdon, I don't think that Trevor Loudon approves of Snowdon and what he has done. All I can say is that we now know, as a result of what Snowdon has leaked about Prism, that the New World Order and the Surveillance State is not "coming" - it is already here - Alex Jones of www.infowars.com had been saying this for years, but the vast majority of Americans had refused to believe him. Snowdon has surely removed all doubt that Alex was right.
