Can we call him a heretic now?

  2. I meant his answers were obscure. In other words, not clear. I assure you I am not naive. I have a great love for the Church. Prudence is needed. Allowing heresy to flourish, although deplorable, is not formal heresy. I would caution anyone that separating oneself from the Pope constitutes schism. The Pope has not been tried and found guilty of heresy and removed. Even if he was admonished by the Bishops, he could repent and remain the Pope.

People have to realize what separating themselves from the Pope means to their eternal salvation.
Prudence, prayer and avoiding rash judgement are the tools given to us by the Holy Spirit.

My Bishop is one of the two Irish Bishops at the synod. Up to this point he has been an admirer of Francis.
I need to pray more for him though how could he not see this coming when the dogs on the street could see it.
It's interesting to see that the proposed changes to the Mass are expect to be unveiled on 12th october. Fr Olivera of Brazil has been told he will receive a sign on 13th October. So Brazil is the country for the launch of the 'mass' without Jesus.

If they change the words of consecration to something invalid, then the mass is no longer valid. In this case I think it would be quite sinful to attend that mass.

Well I guess if you want to defend Jesus in a more public way, you stand up during the invalid consecration and tell the priest that what he is doing is sinful and he's leading Jesus' little ones astray.

Then the congregation will tell you how hateful you are and not invite you back for donuts. It will be just like NOT wearing a mask 2 years ago -- you will be considered a killer.

    Everything you’re saying is true.

But ONLY if he is a validly elected pope.

If the resignation of BXVI was made in error or under duress, or if the St. Gallen mafia et al violated Pope St. JPIIs legislation regarding papal conclaves and they and Bergoglio incurred automatic excommunication , or he wasn’t Catholic( ie he was a formal heretic or a closet Marxist or freemason) prior to his election, then we’re not opposing “a pope” at all, but a false claimant to the papacy, in which none of your admonitions apply.

If the latter is the case and we say nothing out of fear of violating your admonitions, what then?

Immortal souls who follow his errors are in danger of eternal perdition. If we don’t warn them, what of us?

  6. When I pray for the pope's intentions at the end of my rosary, it is only that he escapes eternal hellfire. What if I prayed for his intentions to suppress the Traditional Latin Mass, erase the penalty of sins of the 6th commandment, etc... then I would be sinning to pray for those intentions. I have been given the grace of right judgement by virtue of Confirmation and that grace leads me to reject Pope Francis push for modernism in the Church. He is a loser.

There is a certain priest in America jumping for joy at the Pope's response to Q2 of the Dubia!

Its not gonna be pretty. Jesus made a whip of cords and began turning over tables and driving out the merchants. "My House is a house of prayer! You have turned it into a den of thieves!" What will He do to these merchants of death? This den of vipers? Why aren't they shaking in their shoes? I am spiritually trembling for them. They have shaken their fists at Almighty God. No wonder the angel told Sister Agnes in 2019 to put on sackcloth and pray Rosaries of penance. Pachamama was the abomination in the Holy place. And now we receive this "pastoral" clarification from Pope Francis. No I am not surprised. Not really. It was always a possibility. Dear Jesus have mercy on your Bride.

These are certainly my concerns as well. How can we hope to know the truth of his election? The Cardinals accepted him. That makes him Pope as I understand it. Bishop Schneider has said this recently. I will continue to respect his office and pray for his soul but our dark days are even darker now. The important thing is not to fall into schism. I agree. One day at a time. One Rosary at a time.

Truth, on the day he was announced and before I knew his ways I said it now begins. :(
Have been praying for him and us since then.

I was also disheartened last night, feeling like I'd been punched so hard in the gut.

However, early this morning, as I was waking up, I interiorly heard Jesus saying, "You will experience great joy from Me."

I trust that it is meant as words of comfort and hope for the faithful remnant in these times of tribulation and for some, outright persecution. We stick together and support one another in prayer. We persevere, abandon ourselves to God, and don't lose our inner peace.

Our Lady needs our prayers and sacrifices. Let's offer up everything to God for the salvation of souls -- the good, the bad, the lukewarm, the suffering, and specially all priests, who are accountable to God for souls under their care. Recently, our priest admitted in his homily that he trembled at the thought of this enormous responsibility.

It may be a long battle ahead. I remember my dream when I was younger. In that dream, I asked Mother Mary, "Will I be saved?" She responded, "Yes, but it will be a hard battle."

Remember Jesus' words, "I will think of everything, even the smallest details. Just think of loving Me."

    A beautiful post

We keep our heart fixed on Jesus and Jesus will keep Himself fixed on sorting out our little concerns

I was simply responding to post #978 upthread regarding the title of a Lifesite news article. When the Pope stated that it will be up to clergy to decide whether or not to bless homosexual unions, there is absolutely no other way to interpret his words. Sadly, PF has made his position quite clear.

I was also wondering whether the first secret of Medjugorje is in some way connected with all these. Perhaps the October sign is a warning before the event concerning the first secret occurs -- Mirjana hinted at some disaster in a region of the world. We will know soon enough.

March 18 (2024?) is also another significant date in the series of unfolding events...
