My thoughts exactly. Lukashenko brokered the deal and now he's gone there with guarantees no doubt for what they're worth. I wonder if he pictures a chin scratching actuary calculating the odds of him seeing the week after next.

Would you like to back-track on that? The information by Reuters and the YouTuber Konstantin was entirely accurate. At the same time Russian TV continued to show its scheduled programmes without comment on anything unusual happening. They also delayed the internet by 15 minutes so that they could control exchanges of information. If you genuinely want accurate information about what is happening in Russia, why not see what Konstantin (a Russian ex-patriate with many contacts in Russia) has to say as well as your other sources?
BTW, the comment about Russian losses being overstated in the western media was interesting. One of Prigohzin's gripes was that Russian commanders are vastly under-reporting soldier deaths to Putin to make themselves look better. They have mobile crematoria near the fronts to dispose of bodies that many dead can be listed as 'missing' and so that the number of returned bodies reflect the figures submitted to the boss. And they don't have to pay the widows or parents of the dead.

De Gaulle, you get a vote, you can stand for office, why not do it?

I told you, I reject democracy. Why, then, would I engage in it? Even my vote is effectively emasculated because all the main parties have the same policies.

I recommend "Liberty or Equality: The Challenge of Our Time", by Eric Ritter von Kuehnelt-Leddhin, an in-depth study of the joys of democracy, and by a good Catholic. Like most good books, it's free to download.

  4. I honestly don’t even understand what you’re trying to say due to you backhandedly projecting viewpoints onto me.

Reddit is highly unreliable; it’s especially unreliable when championing the “Noble Ukrainians” *eyeroll*. All I said was take anything you see on Reddit with a grain of salt, especially in regards to any war, especially one in Eastern Europe.

The mobile crematoria are a rumor with no direct evidence; it may play into your confirmation bias but unless you’re generally an idiot I suspect you of sitting at a desk in Quantico and using a vpn for a cover.

No, the poor man will be flying out a hotel window at high speed or coming down with tumours from a radioactive toothbrush or something similar.

His only hope is that Putin's cancer kills him quickly.

I am disconcerted at Christians praising Putin as he is a mass murderer. Being a serial killer is not a good thing to be. We shouldn't be praising this.

Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries on Earth, so I'm not crazy about them either,

One thing that strikes me is the failure of the Ukraine to take advantage of what we were told by our media was 'civil war' in Russia. Surely, this would have implied that Russian forces would have been distracted and perhaps even displaced in certain areas of the frontline. Yet, nothing of any note has been reported from the Ukrainian side. Is the Ukrainian state a Potemkin Village that is about to collapse?

It is beginning to strongly ally with prophesy, if Russia is on the verge of winning this war, one in which many countries in NATO donated a portion of their own weaponry, seemingly for destruction. There are convincing reports on the internet of a fluid Russian war-machine churning out weaponry at a right old rate. If the Russians over-run the Ukraine, will they stop?

I am not saying the Russians are right in what they are doing, far from it.

But from a Russian perspective they are being encircled by the West and NATO and are fighting a proxy war in their own front garden (Ukraine) against the West. . If I took this narrative to be correct (and they do in Russia) I would seek allies and roll my tanks westwards. It is their only option. What have they to loose?
Kick any dog hard enough and often enough and you always risk it turning on you and fighting back.

I was just listening to a video from a fella favoured by an oul friend of ours here in the forum... God rest her soul.
I can't figure out how to post it. If I work it out, I'll post it. In fact, I can forward it to John on wattsapp, he may be able to post it.
    Its from Canadian Prepper.
In a nutshell, he reckons 'the coup' has focused Putin. The support the rogue general/Wagner guy/Pergousin (spelling) actually received in his claim that the Russian offensive on the battlefield has not been aggressive enough; has made Putin realise that he has been playing it too softly.

This is a victory for the hardliners in the Russian military and hierarchy.

In addition, the citizens of Russia, particularly Moscow, have also by these actions, been woken-up to the fact that there is an actual war taking place on their border. And has focused the public in a way that they previously weren't.

    Summary:
The slo-mo approach is over - the Canadian prepper Reckons. Worrying about collateral damage is going to be a thing of the past.
The Russians are going to become more aggressive.
    Escalation is on.

    Padraig, your assessment is correct.
    The Russians could invade Europe.
    We are in unprecedented times.

CP also reckons that the Pergosuin incident was a ruse, designed to flush out those high ranking officials in the military who are in cohoots with the West.
Those that backed Pergousin are now out in the open and will be dispensed with.
It was a purge of sorts.
God help us, but if CP is right. The Russians are gearing for a preemptive strike.

I'm not saying any one side is right or wrong. But where were the peace envoys? If this conflict were indeed between two warring nation's.... Who advocated peace?
    Who negotiated for calm?
    No one!
Instead, The West armed one of the combatants - and to the teeth!
Why would one provoke a superpower knowing full well the potential, catastrophic global consequences of so doing!?!

I can only assume the demonic is at play here. His time is short. He knows it. He must be getting desperate.
    Get right with God, folks!

I often think of Carol R.I.P. when I watch CP.
His videos are a good daily roundup of data you won't hear mainstream and you are free to accept his speculations or not as you see fit. Yes he makes money from selling prep gear but everyone is aware of that and can factor that into whether or not to accept his interpretation of events

When the Romans destroyed Jerusalem, like the Persians and Assyrians before them, they were acting as the Hammer of God, a punishment for the iniquities of Israel, culminating in the rejection of God Himself, whom they crucified. The West has been rejecting God for the last fifty years or more. We might be about to suffer the consequences. Prophesy (and this is all prophesy approved by the Church) says that a French King will stop the Russians at the border of Brittany and drive them back. It is laughable to imagine Macron in this role, so big changes will happen in the face of any Russian assault.

It is also prophesied that the Mohammedans will attack simultaneously with the Russians, on the Southern borders of Europe. This is quite plausible, as Turkey has been closely allied to Russia recently, in spite of her NATO membership. There are already many Syrians ensconced in Germany, as we know. We are well set up for all this, now.

One ominous component of these prophesies is the absence of any mention of the United States. One explanation is, God forbid, that the US might be eliminated by a nuclear strike or some other weapon of mass destruction. Another explanation could be a civil war in a nation that has become bitterly divided.

As Jackzokay says, go with God.

It’s the Cuban missile crisis all over again. In reverse.

But I’m sorry to say Kruschev was a wiser man and had more common sense (can’t believe I’m saying that) than the globalists in power today.

Russia is the last stumbling block to their ambitions, now that Trump is gone (at least for now) and the papacy is completely aligned with their goals.

I’m afraid they will stop at nothing to try to destroy Russia.

They know their time is short and this might be the last window of opportunity they’ll have.

It is ironic that after being the source of Marxist error, Russia is the instrument that might be about to chastise the West for having adopted and adapted these errors in a more twisted and evil form.
