I have no problem believing this administration and it’s current crop of advisors are that ignorant and oblivious.
I do, however, have trouble believing that they’d ever admit it. I think their tongues would burn from saying anything true.
I have read this twice--there is a lot here to digest. I know many are suspicious of Archbishop Vigsno but he lays out the entire situation with such clarity.
In my opinion it would be desirable that this common opposition to the New World Order be undertaken not by centralizing power and reducing one’s allies to vassals or colonies, as NATO does, but rather by rediscovering the importance of the sovereignty of individual nations, of our common Christian inheritance, of our common patrimony of culture and civilization that for two thousand years has been promoted and made fruitful by Faith in Jesus Christ. If the peoples recognize Jesus Christ as their King; if the laws of Nations are conformed to the Commandments of God and the natural law inscribed in the heart of every man, they do not need to overwhelm themselves, nor to assert their power over others. The Christian order, regardless of the system of government that citizens choose, is the only order that protects the common good of all peoples, bringing them the light of the true God. On the other hand, the supposedly “secular state” has been demonstrated to be a fraud with which Christianity is marginalized from society in order to replace it with the globalist religion of ecologism, cancel culture, ethnic substitution, and the health dictatorship. Truth. There have been nations established on earth since the Old Testament. President Trump was aware of this. He gave it a good try.
There's a whole lot of truth in what he says. I think that there is also some speculation which may be inaccurate but there's no doubting his sincerity and love for the Church. I'm sure that he has been deeply hurt and feels betrayed by fellow Bishops and others in the Church whom he trusted. My fear for him is that the hurt may have left him vulnerable to being swayed by people who don't have the Church's best interests at heart. Some of those he praises are better than many in public life but the bar is very low. I also think that it would be better for the Archbishop and the Church if he were to tone down his criticism of Pope Francis.
Thinking along these lines further: this is the ideal. Unfortunately, this is a fallen world. It has been fallen since Adam and Eve. It was fallen when Our Lord was alive. That’s the reality of the situation.
The criticism of this pope is entirely warranted and desperately needs to enter into global public discussion. Honest question - If not him, who would you prefer to bring forward this valid and necessary criticism?
I much prefer Bishop Schneider's approach, personally. It is very clear where he stands in regards to Pope Francis, but he states the truth in a very respectful and reserved way. His humility and holiness shines through, as does Cardinal Sarah's. Archbishop Vigano seems so harsh...and almost vindictive. His anger and disdain come through, which makes me uncomfortable. He has also removed himself from Church authority by going into hiding, so I'm not sure what I should think of that or how much I should listen to him.
"5 reasons Christians love Putin"... One reason this Christian does not....He is pro-choice. A snip from a Fortune article... https://fortune.com/2017/12/14/vladimir-putin-russia-abortion-pro-choice-press-conference/amp/ Russian President Vladimir Putin finally came out as pro-choice on Thursday. “In the modern world, the decision is up to the woman herself,” Russia’s president said in his annual marathon press conference on Wednesday, which ran to just shy of four hours. Any attempt to suppress it, he added, would only push the practice underground, causing immense damage to women’s health. and ethical norms that have developed in society.” Putin also cautioned against tightening the country’s historically liberal laws on abortion any further, saying that any decision on future regulation “must be careful, considered and based on the general mood in society and the moral and ethical norms that have developed in society.” Putin’s comments—his first clear statement on the issue in 17 years of effectively uninterrupted rule—put a dampener on an increasingly vocal contingent of Russian society that is trying to restrict abortion.
No matter how bad the governments in the west may be, it doesn't change the fact that Putin is a murderous thug. The violent deaths, poisonings, imprisonment and exile of dozens of his more prominent critics and opponents and the fact that Putin has smilingly acknowledged these 'coincidences' demonstrates clearly that he is a psychopath. In addition, we see more and more cases of ordinary heroes and heroines being imprisoned for criticising the 'special military operation'. Some Orthodox priests have been deprived of their parishes because they defied 'Patriarch' Kirill's instruction to insert a prayer into the liturgy for Russian victory in Ukraine and prayed for peace instead. Kirill, like Putin, is a former KGB agent inserted into Church leadership in Soviet times. Someone here mentioned that western news media cannot be trusted to be truthful. Whoever it was should listen to the 'news' programmes on Russian state TV. Where, we are reliably informed, Germans are eating the candles that the government issued to them to light their homes in the absence of Russian oil and English women are selling their bodies for a tin of meat because the UK's economy is ruined. Only state approved 'news' is broadcast so Putin's minions have agreed that these lies (generally believed by older Russians but not by tech-savvy youngsters) may go out. Some of the more rabid 'news' commentators have called for any Ukrainian who declines Russian citizenship be killed (after their very long awaited victory, naturally). Russian average life expectancy is around 46 years for men because of widespread alcohol and drug abuse, abortion is common and legal Only about 7% of Orthodox Russians attend liturgy regularly though 70% claim to be Orthodox. The activities of the Catholic church and other non-Orthodox Christian bodies are limited by law. Income inequality is much wider than in the west and corruption is rife. Corruption has been a major cause of their military failure, e.g. troop carriers at the initial move on Kyiv broke down and blocked the progress of following vehicles because someone had purchased cheap Chinese tyres while recording the purchase of more expensive, and reliable, western ones. This enabled the defenders to halt the advance.
ISIS was created by the CIA under Obama to overthrow Assad in Syria. The 2014 Ukranian Maidan revolt was a color revolution backed by the globalist terrorist organizations (CIA, MI6, Mossad) to overthrow a validly elected president and start arming Ukraine to fight Russia. The ultimate goal is to overthrow Russia, most especially Putin, to bring it under globalist control. Even Angela Merkel stated that the Minsk accords, wherein Nato promised not to infringe on Russian border nations, was a lie told to stall for time while Ukraine was militarized. Ukraine has been the playground of Soros', the Clintons, the Bidens, the Obamas, etc for money laundering, including crypto like FTX, child sex trafficking, organ harvesting, weapons biolabs, etc. The Arab Spring was another plot to get rid of those, like Libya's Khadaffi, who wanted to trade in a currency other than the dollar with other North African nations. This coalition of other countries led by Russian and China to de-dollarize trade did not happen overnight. They saw what happened in Egypt, Iraq, Libya, Syria to those who tried to pull away from their system. Even Saudi Arabia has joined them. The European Union, a globalist construct, has prospered primarily by using the Eurodollar which allows European banks to lend worldwide in dollars with NO oversight--nobody know what fraction of a fraction of a dollar they lend against. So they too don't want to see the end of the dollar as the world's reserve currency--unless they can replace it with a CBDC that gets rid of banks and introduces communist control of behavior The Catholic Spring, discussed by John Podesta and Hillary Clinton was a plot to overthrow Pope Benedict and install someone favorable to globalist organizations and ideologies. And never forget it's these same people who when threatened by Trump and other populists subjected us to their manmade pandemic and their eugenic solution.
But our leaders are not? Are not the January 6 peaceful protesters rotting in jail? Wasn't our last presidential election overthrown? What did our government subject us to with covid lockdowns and poison death shots ( proven through Freedom of Information Act requests) ? Have we not invaded and destroyed other countries, killing millions, for no good reason at all during the last 20 years? Kind of seems like we're throwing stones from our glass house.
Father Ripperger says he now believes it may be true that the laity will save the Church. And isn't there an approved prophecy (LaSallette? Akita?) which said that the ones who should speak out during a great church crisis will remain silent? Those silent ones sound like the cardinals and bishops to me. The impression I get is that openly discussing what we believe is going on with the pope is a big no-no. Only the bishops can do that.
