Well, the examination resulted in a negative verdict in regard to heart trouble. They probed the possibility of deer tick disease, but a few months back I was able to extract a tick before he did his venomous biting. The doctor was very thorough, though Geralyn noted that our physician of 40 years (Dr. Tucker) has better bedside manners. The sleep-robbing weariness remains. I crashed for an hour after returning home. Thank you for the prayers. You all are so reliable! Alleluia!
Good news it’s not the heart. Assuming they have done a Lymes disease blood test? Many years ago, I got it- never recalled a tic bite- my symptoms were much like your…. Extreme fatigue even after 10 or more hours of sleep. Once Dx was made… antibiotics worked with 2 days to relieve the fatigue. will continue to pray for you.
Glad your heart is good to go..you're also lucky with the tic..I wasn't ive just finished my 21 days off antibiotics today..I got bitten whist on holiday thankfully I got the treatment early and definitely feel better the first week wasn't fun at all..lymes isn't very common here but thankfully I knew the symptoms and the tell tale rash
Check any meds you are on for possible heart issues. I had heart issues for 12 years! Sometimes I would end up in the hospital. Along with a dry cough, I used to carry a pocketful of cough drops around with me. Last spring because of some unusual health issues I started researching my prescription drugs and side effects and discovered my blood pressure pill could cause those side effects. I immediately got in touch with my dr and said "We have a problem". She immediately switched to a new pill and all those issues are gone! Only time I have a little trouble us if too much caffeine, gotta stay away from that.

Terry get tested for lyme disease anyway. You extracted the tick but you never know. It happens a lot around here and sometimes it goes undiagnosed. Please make absolutely sure it's not Lyme. Prayers today!

I never had any rash the month following.
I am really not sure the bull's eye rash is universal. "or with a blood test" will confirm a diagnosis. The thing is, early detection and treatment are of the utmost importance.
