It was working fine all summer, now I can’t figure out how to get it to work. Please pray that I can get it to work, or get another one real soon; preferably before this supposed “dark winter,” or something like it hits.

try holy water sprinkled on it, and pray over it first

More than likely "brushes" the most common fault with washing machines and an easy cheap repair (y)

Pull it’s power plug from the wall outlet. Wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. Worked for ours when my wife reported a similar issue recently so I pray it works for you as well!

Look up “troubleshooting a washing machine”

    See what it says

Yes..great idea. Last year I ordered a new one. Had to get a expensive model because the cheap ones were not in stock because of Covid. I had to order it . Whilst waiting for its three weeks to be delivered , I kept playing with it. Did the same thing …unplugged it and plugged it back in….and by golly, it started working! I cancel my new machine and the other is still going strong! Good luck!(n)

It’s draining, it takes to long for the machine to drain. Do you know of anyways to unclog it or the like?

I wonder if baking soda and vinegar would work. I know that unclogs sinks.

clean the pump filter.. should be easy enough access just make sure you have a few towels under the machine as the pump can hold a good bit of water..its possible something has clogged the pump blade like a hair clip or cord.(y)

Tried that today, it didn’t work. (Should I try it again on a different temperature maybe?)

RW…try looking on YouTube for a possible fix. In the search bar, write the model number and name of your machine and the problem…as in “ how to fix—————. You’ll see a number of folks who can show to how to troubleshoot your washer. It’s helped me fix a lot of problems around the house before calling in a professional.
    Worth a shot anyhow….Good luck!!

Well, one suggestion I read said to follow the baking soda and vinegar with boiling hot water. I haven't tried that part yet, because the one time I tried the baking soda and vinegar that's all I needed to unclog the sink. I don't know if the boiling water would make a difference

Could it be a build-up of laundry soap POWDER residue?

It occurred to me that we had that exact problem with the old washer. It began only sluggishly spinning the clothes "dry", to where they were still half wet on "completion." (A free replacement came to us as a gift from the Lord).

Husband said we must now use only liquid laundry detergent.
