My husband, who had been going to the local nursing home to say the rosary with residents, has been banned because he refused the vaccine. True, your financial situation may be the biggest factor in one's decision to resist or not. Speaking for my own children, they would not have the ability to support themselves if they walked away from their jobs and healthcare benefits. Right now the pressure is on state, city, and healthcare employees, but it has already expanded to many other businesses. If we have another Covid surge, where will this end? Will they be coming for retirees next? Will we be threatened with higher insurance premiums should we resist the vaccine? Not everyone will have the ability to relocate to a state that may offer a safe haven. Sobering thoughts.

So just an update: My son and his girlfriend have been on the road to recovery. He still has a mild headache on day 10 and a slight cough but is otherwise doing well. Neither of them had the vaccine. His girlfriend's symptoms were more allergy-like. My son had the really bad headaches, fatigue, body aches, fever, congestion and now cough. I did have him start on the I-MASK outpatient protocol immediately and I believe I had mentioned that I was able to get him a prescription for ivermectin and Azithromycin. My insurance would only pay for 20 of the ivermectin pills so I had to pay for the other 10 which was fine with me. I think all of this has made a difference for him. Last night, a not so friendly RN from my insurance nurse advice hotline (even more unfriendly after he told her he was unvaccinated) told him that he should rest a few more days since he still has the mild headache and cough. As for myself and my family, we never got sick and we all were negative. I was starting to feel something but maybe it was allergies. I was doing the prophylactic treatment as I had previously mentioned. I honestly think between this and prayer, it really helped me. Yes I have been vaccinated but I credit all of this to God and prayer along with my prophylactic treatment. We had been exposed on more than one occasion to my son (even the night before he tested positive) and also to his girlfriend who had probably already been into this for a few days. I have several conditions that make my immune system weak and I was really thinking I was going to test positive. Anyhow, I will still continue with my prophylactic treatment and keep my husband on it as well.
