Thanks for these posts Julia. I'm just popping in with a request related to this feast if you don't mind Julia: may I ask people to pray for President Macron this week, asking Our Lady of Mount Carmel to intercede for him? He will be visiting Lourdes on the 16th as part of a trip there for the 18th leg of the Tour de France. I was reading articles about his visit and see all kinds of signs for him. For starters, his name is Emmanuel and he is head of the nation that is the eldest daughter of the Church. He is visiting the Virgin (his visit starts in a village called Sainte Marie de Campan) and then goes to Lourdes with the director of the Tour de France whose name is Christian Prudhomme - if you look at the origin of that name, you could interpret it as Christian of wise counsel. He loves the Pyrennées having spent his vacation there with his grandparents and both Lourdes and Garabandal are in the Pyrennées. Our Lady appeared in Garabandal with the scapular of Mount Carmel and he will be in Lourdes on the Feast of Mount Carmel. The reason of his trip is the 18th leg of the Tour de France - Garabandal started on June 18th. I've read that Macron was baptized at age 13 at his request so he would still have something in him of that sacrament. Some say that Ste Thérèse interceded for the salvation of Mitterand, so you never know! A conversion of this leader would certainly change the course of things in France and in Europe. May St Therese and St Bernadette intercede for him also.
Day 8: 15th July 2021. O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendour of Heaven, Blessed Mother of the Son of God, Immaculate Virgin, assist me in this my necessity. O Star of the Sea, help me and show me herein you are my Mother. O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and Earth, I humbly beseech you from the bottom of my heart, to succour me in this necessity; there are none that can withstand your power. O, show me herein you are my Mother, O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. (3 times) Sweet Mother, I place this cause in your hands. (3 times)
Day 9: 16th July 2021. Our Lady of Mount Carmel, pray for us. (3 times
Prayer gone up. I understand Macron is a gay man, it appears he has a woman friend who accompanies him at functions, for appearances sake or so it seems. Of course we can surely petition the Mother of God on Macrons behalf. Where there is life there is hope.
Thank you Julia. The pres announced the dreaded health pass on Monday night further polarizing citizens. Today on the national holiday there were protests everywhere. I pray that Our Lady can touch his soul.
Praying, Andree I have a lifelong pen friend in France in Pierrevert in Provence. She has been disillusioned. I pray for her as well.
Julia I believe he is married to his former high school teacher, who happens to be 25 years older than he is. She may be the one you are referring. Thank you for this novena, it is special to me.
Have you noticed strife is everywhere, even in countries where it is deadly for the citizens to protest. This is a sign that the marxists are doubling down on the population. Here Biden is sending Vaccine squads to intimidate people. Regardless of whether we have laws about sharing health information. This will not end well here.
I am still saying; "I am a conscientious objector" when asked, and when questioned further say still waiting for a more ethical morally acceptable vaccine. So far thank God have not been abused or intimidated by the numerous medical professionals or incidental inquisitors who pop up from time to time. Many a true word spoken in jest HH. However my soul my choice would do too, if anyone still believes we have a soul these days. Sigh.
