Every day I offer up this particular cross of isolation and alienation from my family, that none of my family would be lost, that all of them would be saved. And now I’ll specifically ask for all of us and our children here at MOG when I make that daily offering.

In this daily offering I also pray specifically for all our priests, religious, deacons, brothers, sisters, nuns, bishops, archbishops, metropolitans, cardinals and our pope and pope emeritus, for their holiness and purity and salvation, as well as the reformation and restoration of Holy Mother Church, and that Christ grant to the Immaculate Heart of Mary the Triumph over this time of evil and an Era of Peace and Triumph of the Church.

This present battle won’t be won now except by prayer and fasting – coupled with real and freely accepted redemptive suffering. Our culture is obsessed with sex, pleasures, comfort, leisure and satiety. We know this will end soon, and severe difficulties are directly ahead, along with real suffering and crosses. It’s unavoidable now, it’s palpable, and we all feel it.

I told God a while back that if I were able, and it wouldn’t be too much for me to handle or place my soul at risk, and I could still support my family, and I wasn’t saying it out of personal pride, I’d be willing to carry more of a cross than my daily sacrifices, in reparation for my own sins and if it would help souls that might otherwise be lost. I guess there were a lot of strings attached on my part in those days, a lot of “conditional” surrender.

The last few years were very difficult, but I’ve been able to work through it all. Then late last year I told my spiritual director about this, because I was frustrated that I didn’t always bear these crosses magnanimously, and the burden was often shared unbeknownst by my wife and children, which just didn’t seem “fair.” He simply looked at me, asked me why I had not told him before (because I never should have done anything so terribly naïve without his advice, and it would have made events in my life over the last couple years far more comprehensible to him) and simply said to expect something very serious, and very soon.

A very Holy and wise spiritual director who reminds me of my Nan who said be careful what you ask God for because He will keep His word. However I have also read what a saint said in regards to this and it goes along the lines that if you are so generous with God to ask Him for sufferings and trusting Him, than God who is in need of our sufferings which are proof of our Love, will lavish you with great graces and peace, and you will draw many souls to Him.

This is a Holy thing you have done and May God Bless you now and always.

I believe God will restore your family to Himself and generously therefore back to you, whole and Holy!

I thought they had cleaned up FUS. Matt Fradd has recently moved to Steubenville with his family. He had a very interesting guest on his YouTube channel recently - a convert from Islam who gave me the impression that they are hoping to attract faithful, orthodox Catholics to the area. I can't recall how he described it and something distracted me as they discussed it, but it sounded rather similar to the Benedict option.. I must watch that discussion again because I missed the start of it and wasn't able to watch to the end. Maybe they are hoping that by attracting orthodox Catholics to Steubenville the atmosphere of the neighbourhood will have a positive influence on the University.

The media is full.of stories about Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams here for the filming of the sequel to Enchanted now being filmed in Ireland. This was a charming and funny movie from 2007 with themes of true love and marriage which I enjoyed and watching it again recently it occurred to me if it was made now it would be so woke it would be unwatchable. I fear for the sequel. It's called Disenchanted.

Richard Dawkins was interviewed on Irish radio yesterday morning and while his views on aborting babies with defects were stomach churning (and challenged by the interviewer who has a Downs daughter) I was surprised to find myself nodding to much of what he said i.e. Science is a beautiful thing, there are absolute truths and there is a danger from the current viewpoint gaining ground that there are no absolute truths, that there should always be free speech and open discussion and universities used to uphold these values but now that has changed. He has also been the victim of cancel culture because he called for discussion on transgenderism in Twitter.

 

We did our family Rosary tonight for all members of the forum and their children, with some mentioned specifically.

 

Dear Brian, thank you for sharing. I read all the links you posted in this thread. I almost lack words. What comes to mind is suffering soul, mystics say the Lord needs suffering souls, and perhaps because of the immense abominations going on at the moment, the ones that volunteer get a tremendous amount of suffering. I don't know if I could bear it, I truly admire you and others here who have also shared their stories. You were all in our Rosary tonight and we will keep it up. Please also include us, our marriage is still volatile and we had lots of trouble in the past. Although I must say, since my wife has agreed to a daily family Rosary this month (based on Pope Francis' idea ironically), things seem to have taken a miraculous turn for the better. Thanks Michael. This whole situation seems so surreal, so bizarre, even I can’t grasp it at times. I’m almost afraid to try to explain it to others. And having been the victim of real gaslighting by a narcissist, even if it’s your own child, makes one question everything, over and over and over. I realize that now, so I’m thankful I have zero communication with the source of that gaslighting now in my solitary life. The daily stress of it would have killed me otherwise by now. The mRNA jab causes the “vaccinated” individuals’ cells to make many multiple copies of the spike protein.

The spike protein itself, not just the whole coronavirus, seems to be responsible for a lot of the disease symptoms caused by this coronavirus, colloquially called “Covid 19.” Especially the clotting disorders.

So the shots are causing those vaccinated to make the spike protein causing extensive inflammation as well as many of the disease symptoms of Covid19, even without getting infected with the actual virus.

People who have been vaccinated are apparently making so many copies of the spike protein in their bodies’ cells that they’re “shedding” this spike protein, in their exhalations, shed skin cells, sweat, reproductive fluids, etc.

People who have never received the vaccines are somehow being exposed to the shedding spike proteins and developing symptoms of Covid-19 as well as other bizarre symptoms.

This seems to affect women more so than men, with heavier menstrual bleeding, even after menopause, miscarriages etc.

However it IS also affecting non vaccinated men, with unexplained bruising and symptoms of blood clots.

It seems they’ve finally unleashed them on an unsuspecting population, and we don’t yet have any idea how to protect the unvaccinated from the shedding of the vaccinated.

Masks don’t stop respiratory viruses; they’re certainly not going to stop a small sub component of that virus.

It might come to the point that, once the world wakes up, men and women of childbearing years need to avoid all contact with those who took the vaccine, just to preserve fertility and prevent mass depopulation.
