This all reminds me of the Shoah, the Holocaust. After the Second world War many Jewish survivors moved to Palestine to set up the State of Israel. These mostly young Jews were called Sabras and set up a kind of Idealistic Socialist Rural community/ mutual defense system called Kibbutzim.

These were very independent, can do young folks, well able to defend themselves (with the shadow of the Shoah forever in mind). But they had a big, big bone to pick with the previous generation. Why oh why had the European Jewry went with hardly a whimper to their deaths into the ovens, lost as smoke up chimneys. The young Sabras thought this was totally disgraceful and a great shame.

But I believe that the poor Jews of the Shoah died enmass because they simply could not see pure evil even when it was staring them in the face. I believe that to walk the path to God permits us also to recognise evil. It is simply two sides of the same coin.

So for instance the Holy Father in teaching us that Judas was not a bad person really is teaching us, in another way that pure evil does not exist. That there is no such thing as an evil person.

Similiarly the European Jews had often become so secularised that they too no longer knew evil when it stares them in the face.

The same now with this virus and these vaccines. Evil stares us in the face but we cannot see it because we no longer believe in even the possibility of pure evil.

 

I am an historian and know those facts but these deaths were a fraction of the world's population.

Yeardon mentions 90 to 95 percent of the world's population dying. Billions.

I am just making the point that the majority of Jews in Germany got out before 1939 as they knew they were facing an evil regime.

It wasn't hard for most Jews to see that they were in trouble with the Nazis as it was in their face.

My "dilemma" in this is...will the current confusion eventually burn itself out?

I am hoping it will.

There are periods of mass insanity throughout history, yet "we" came out of it and carried on.

But I'm definitely not 100% counting on it.

 

It seems to me that Our Lady will intervene before that can happen. She has said this in Quito Ecuador and Tre Fontane and Fatima.

 

Rejection of God is the ultimate insanity. We are in an age of almost complete Apostasy so almost total insanity.

Men , for instance cutting off parts of their bodies and deluding themselves that this makes them women and almost all wider society joining the delusion.
Or that men can , 'Marry', other men.

The list is endless.

Apostate Catholics are the maddest of all. By far the greatest number of Catholics including our Bishops are currently Apostate. The Vatican worst of all.

The idea, for instance that the mass murderer of the unborn Joe Biden should be considered a good devout Catholic is nuts. Most Catholics think he is . He is nuts, and they are nuts. But it doesn't make the whole thing any less evil.

Exactly. The virus was never the real problem. It was the supposed cure. This virus was engineered with the supposed , 'Cure' in mind. So that we would be afraid we would leap to take it again and again and again. As we are.
