Since 1945 the USA has guaranteed the world order through its military might. It still does at great cost with its nuclear triad (submarine, land based, and strategic aircraft) and its 10 super aircraft carriers. The USSR didn't invade Europe because of MAD, Russia won't invade Europe as long as MAD exists and is credible. To think that the USA would sit idly by while Russia invades Europe and the rest of the world is ludicrous. When and if the US military in all its forms is diminished enough for Russia to attack, then Russia will do what the Garabandal message says it will do. The US military will have to degrade a lot for that to happen. So the Warning isn't going to happen in 2022 and it is looking like the Warning isn't going to happen in 2024 either. Also remember, Russia is nothing more than a third world gas station with only 140 million people.
Mutual Assured Destruction. The underlying meaning of the term is that both Russia and the USA are both destroyed after a full nuclear exchange during a nuclear war between the two countries.
