Calling all Irish Members - Act Now

    Hi everyone,

I have attached an image of an announcement which I seen going around social media the past few days and which I also seen on CatholicArena website. It reads -

Reclaim St Patrick's day for the Glory of The Most Holy Trinity
    17th of March @ 2.30pm -
Procession from - Garden of Remembrance to Leinster House
Join us on this important day to give God the worship he is due and to call on St Patrick's intercession in these evil times.
    *Assemble for 2.30pm sharp
"The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear ? " Ps 27:1

I think we all need to get behind this. We all need to attend. I seen the numbers at the last few rallies have been low and I myself have been guilty on a few occasions of not going because of small excuses, but I really think it is time Catholics step up to the plate. If we don't step up, then who will ?
Someone will most definitely fill the gap with opposing the governments covid agenda, but who do you think God wants to fill that gap ? I'm guessing he wants us Catholics to lead the way and shine a light for all people to see.

There is so much silence from good people all across this country in the face of evil, while on the other hand the enemy rages night and day with his onslaught. When will people say enough is enough ? In the past few years thousands of babies were viciously murdered in this country through abortion, and in its first "legal" year they boastfully reported 6,666 children were murdered through abortion. On the television, sodomy is promoted almost 24/7 and when it is not being promoted you can be sure that some other sort of immorality is. If you go to the shop or even for a walk, you are most likely to hear blasphemy. Blasphemy is everywhere. Even in God's Holy temples, they mock him and promote all kinds of heresies. Even our Bishops are promoting immorality by condoning the use of vaccines which are connected to abortion while they dismiss it as only "remote association". This country is rotten and up to its neck in sin and the government has successfully stopped people from attending mass. We need to push back. We must push back.

I know some people will have to travel further than some to make it to Dublin, but I heard that at one of the recent prayer events in Dublin there were people who drove from as far away as Cork and Donegal and without being fined. Those who are worried about being fined, place your trust in God and God will see you through. If you still get fined, then thank God for the opportunity to evangelise a member of the Garda.

I know many of you are probably already very active, but every person who goes makes a difference. Every extra person is a boost to another persons faith not to mention the positive impact it will have on those who witness it. Please attend this event and advertise it everywhere you can.

I am definitely going to attend on the 17th of March. Whether it is level 1 or level 5, I will be going. Even if they introduce a level 6 restriction, I will be going. Hopefully I will see some of you there.

    God bless.

I pray that I can make it, but based on my previous attempts at getting to events in the capital it does not look good. A procession, though, that is so important.

@Immaculata, put an ad in the paper. Day, Date, Time and Venue to get your message across in Ireland.
    ====================
Saint Patricks Day Rally. Wednesday 17th March. 2.30pm Sharp. From Garden of Remembrance to Leinster House

It might be worth mentioning where the Garden of Remembrance is (post code?), unless it is a well know land mark nationwide.
    ====================
Try Radio Maria, and ask them if they will tell everyone over the air When, Where, Arrival Time and Date.

Put up posters in your area, and contact anyone you know in other areas in Ireland asking if they will put up posters for you. You can pin posters to lamp posts or telegraph poles. Or put them in telephone kiosks. At bus or train stations, outside of Churches, post offices, local shops. If you have a car, put a poster in the back or stuck to the window.

You could make an A4 or bigger poster, cover it with clear plastic to keep the rain off, and away you go. You might need to make posters to send to anyone who might be willing to put them up for you, and list suggestions as to places to display them.

I am in the UK, so would not be able to attend. Couldn't anyway through age and infirmity.

You would not need too much information on the poster, people don't stop to read too many words. You can always tell them on the day.

But the best of luck with your inspiration.

Do any of you have access to papers or radio station in Ireland where you could share it ?

No I for one do not have any access to media in Ireland.

But I hear Radio Maria broadcasts over there, and they do take calls on the show. So you could call them and ask. Remember if they did broadcast your Rally, it might get to the attention of the garda, so Radio Maria might not want to risk being accused of inviting(conservative)//inciting (leftie) a crowd in a locked down country. Ireland is a marxist county now, sadly.

If you have a friendly Parish Priest or FSSP Priests in your area; you could enquire about putting your advertisement in parish newsletter/s.

There is a Father Patrick O'Donoghoe FSSP somewhere in Waterford. Look him up, and ask for his advice. With a name like Patrick, he has to be an excellent man to get in touch with.

Thanks, I will look him up. Yes, they might not want to air it, although spirit radio did air the last rally held in reparation for the RTE blasphemy.

To be honest, I reckon the Garda already know about it at this stage. But hopefully many people get the word out to as many as possible because It seems to be the case that the bigger the numbers who go, the less the Garda will intervene.

What an irresponsible and selfish action it is to want to rally and gather in protest on St Patrick’s Day in defiance of goverment restrictions introduced to prevent the spread of COVD-19.

Think again, Immaculata, examine your conscience and ask if you really want to be held responsible for the spread of the virus and any possible resulting deaths. Can you not understand that your show of strenghth and protest is actually an expression of weakness and selfishness?

Why not spend Paddy’s Day at home instead, praying for the sick and the dying people in hospitals around the world because of the pandemic, and for their grieving families?

No need to protest. Just pray.

In defiance of government restrictions - what a joke.

The same satanic government that legislated for same sex abomination marriages and baby killing.

And you believe them about covid restrictions.

Stop reading the newspapers and watching the news wherever you are from and start thinking for yourself.

Outdoor gatherings are no threat to anyone.

Over half of all covid caught in hospitals and care facilities - not outdoors lol.

The safest place to be is outdoors.

Don't you realise people are coming together in shops everywhere; are they selfish and irresponsible. Or do they need to replenish much needed stock for their cupboards.

Man can not live on bread alone, he needs every Word that come from the mouth of God.

Young and old people are dying inside for a lack of spiritual community. Not to mention the lifegiving Sacraments of the Church.

Practising Roman Catholic people do not refer to Saint Patrick, the father of our Faith in Ireland as Paddy, and I would be surprised if Saint Patrick was not hurt by your remark. Many Irish people are seriously concerned at how the recent legislation in Ireland must be causing our cherished Saint great concern from his Heavenly home. And coming together in Faith could lift the spirits of many Irish people who will have been told how families; yes mothers, fathers and their children attended Holy Masses in diverse places knowing it could cost them their lives if caught in the past. And indeed many were caught and slaughtered.

Maybe there are people in Ireland willing to risk their lives again for the sake of the Faith of our Fathers. I am sure they will take sensible precautions in order to honour Saint Patrick on his and their Feast Day. This will not be a parade like the atrocious parades we see in other countries where it is just an excuse to show off and get vein attention. These people will be praying and sharing and restoring their inner strength to bear this marxist plandemic.

Do you realise there have been more deaths from suicide because of this plandemic, than deaths from the virus, go figure.

Why do perverts and rioters get a pass, no outrage when they parade cheek and jowl. When they kill, steal and destroy. Why is it only people coming together under God's banner who are attacked verbally and made to feel like they are a threat.

No personal offense to you; but I do think you are in the very fear that drives many people over the edge. Learn to trust Almighty God, He will take care of you if you are doing your best to take care of His business. Peace. And chill out, we all have a sell by date on us since we were conceived, it is not a matter of if but when we will all pop our clogs.

Hi, Garabandal, defying government restrctions set out to safeguard the population is not a joke. It’s a serious business, whatever politics you profess or believe in.

Outdoors may be considered a safe place by some, but not when crowds gather in numbers.

Yes, I believe in the Covid numbers publshed by governments around the world. As I believe the number of deaths from Covid in hospitals. So far, I have lost four friends from the disease.

Sure, protest against governments for what you believe isn’t good legislation, but not by putting the lives of innocent people in danger. In my view it’s hypocisy to protest against the slaughter of innocent lives in the womb, yet risk the lives of others by encouraging the spead of the COVID disease.

That’s the point I was making about the Patrick’s Day rally. Why not find a safer and more effective option. Pray.

Hi, Julia, I’m well-acquainted wth Irish history and the struggles of its people on various fronts.

And having just spoken to St Paddy myself, I take his silence as approval of my endearing term.

Neither am I fearful of death or being driven over the edge during the pandemic and lockdowns.

But thank you for your concern. Rest assured, I am deeply loved by God – and I know it. :)

0.0003% of the world's population has died of Covid. Fact.

More due annually from TB. Fact

Covid not even in top twenty killers in 2021.

Same numbers died 1957 Asian flu outbreak and Hong Kong flu 1968 and we didn't shut the world down.

As for abortion at least 70 million killed last year so there is no comparison.

Hi, garabandal, my point wasn’t about making comparisons. You can quote facts and figures until kingdom come.

It still doesn’t remove the responsibiity everyone has to protect and safeguard lives, either in our outside the womb.

So I just watched the Panorama documentary on anti vacers ...:rolleyes::rolleyes: ..not one scientific accurate piece of fact produced by the host but slated the anti vacers for doing the exact same ???? then provided a statement which is totally wrong in fact misguided ..The panorama host said that aborted cells are not in the vaccine ??? so there you go we should just believe them because they are the bbc and panorama..In my opinion they have just scored a very big own goal,
