oh I just saw a video of that poor young lady getting shot....it was either an active shoot or Capital Police....bullet shot into a crowd of people and they looked no older than 20, all of them.....so horrific
Dreadful. There has been so much tension building in this country, I am not surprised that things got out of control today. People are furious over this election, and everything leading up to it. Sadly, Americans will be divided for a long time to come. Our county is in God's hands now.
I think the National Guard has just been called out. It will take a little while. Wait and see. Trump just called for them a half hour ago. Also Maryland National Guard.
I have such an uneasy feeling about all this. Like....was the rally infiltrated to set them up and make Trump supporters look awful, to fit their narrative and justify a crackdown on members of the Right? Or... And I hesitate to say this... has Trump been a part of a large sinister plan to divide the nation all along? I don't want to believe that. But the stringing along that has been happening... The constant drops of "Big stuff coming in the next few days" (but nothing ever comes), Lin Wood's insanity, the promise of 10 senators to challenge the electoral votes today but only 1 has actually stepped forward today, challenging only 1 state... The pre-election "war games"... Were those just democrats holding those? Or is everyone in on it!? What is even happening? Or yes, it could just be crazy young patriots wanting to save their country from a fraudulent takeover. But this was not helpful. They had to know this wouldn't actually achieve anything. But to be honest, I really don't know how anything can be achieved now other than through prayer--to which God's silence these last couple months seems to indicate that the disintegration of our nation must be part of His plan.
not sure a mob descending upon the Capitol building while the Electoral debate was in progress was a smart move.... What I saw was a large group of young people....in the area where the girl was shot.
Agree about being uneasy and not knowing what is going on but I think the protesters have shown amazing restraint. They didn’t vandalize the building when they got in and the only violence I’ve seen has been from the police. Trump clearly has everyone working against him and Lin Wood is looking saner by the minute. They are there to send a message and they are doing it.
Remember, the Warning will come when the world will be in chaos. And: you cannot have peace in a country when there is corruption.
