Pray the Rosary. Keep praying the Rosary. The Rosary has kept me sane. Without it I would be lost. Each prayer a jewel. Each Hail Mary a blow to satan. Blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Yes pray the rosary. If I am very stressed about something I visualise placing my problem in the hands of Padre Pio and asking him to take care of it. It works every time. I will pray for you.
Will pray for you, there will be light at the end of the tunnel, hopefully soon, God Bless. pray, pray.
These are tough tough times RW. For so many. The Rosary is the weapon but you can also bind in Jesus's Name the spirit of depression and every other spirit around you not of the Holy Spirit and send them to the foot of the Cross. Something that helped me tremendously is praying the psalms. Psalms 62, 27, 16, 86 are some favorites of mine.
Go out for a walk for 30 minutes a day and pray your rosary simultaneously. Cures my anxiety all the time.....
I have had this prayer request about ever present sadness from another. My father used to suffer like crazy from this. Churchill called it Black Dog, which is why he was always drunk, I suppose. Mother St Teresa used to say first thing in the morning to greet Jesus with a smile. You have all my sympathy and prayers. I keep smiling and giggling to myself. I was born with a smile on my face...at least so my mother told me.
We're here for you, RW! Praying, one day at a time! Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Thanks everyone, I'm doing much better now, I need to remember to accept and hold onto God's Peace. There is a lot of ill in this world, but a lot of it is not worth losing one's peace over. I need to focus more on the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
RW, you make sense here. I always respect you and your honesty. There are hills and valleys on this journey. Glad you are feeling better. Thank God.
Praying to St. Therese for you RW. May you be blessed with a shower of roses from her heavenly garden to lift your spirits.
My go-to remedy, take it to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. That is where I experience the most peace. I will pray for you RW.
