  2. UPDATE: How Convenient – US Attorney from Southern District of New York Arrests Steve Bannon — Five Days Before RNC Convention!

Steve Bannon was arrested Thursday and charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

Stuart Varney announced the charges and said it had something to do with the border wall.

But it smells like a deep state hit.

The charges were filed by the U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss from the Southern District of New York.

US Attorney Audrey Strauss replaced crooked US Attorney Geoffrey Berman as US Attorney in the Southern District of New York.

So what is the Southern District of New York doing charging the “We Build the Wall” movement?

What does New York state have to do with the US border wall with Mexico?
    Who are these people?

But isn’t it convenient that the Southern District of New York announced the charges on Steve Bannon five days before the RNC Convention?

The deep state and American left have been after Steve for 5 years.
    Now this?

Bannon and three others were arrested for their work on We Build the Wall!

For the record the New York State attorneys say Brian Kolfage and We Build Wall committed fraud. But the truth is they already built TWO SECTIONS of wall and built these sections for the American people at a discount!

OAN’s Chanel Rion Launches New National White House Correspondents Association to “Restore Balance and Diversity of Viewpoints” in WH News Coverage

Chanel Rion, Chief White House Correspondent for One America News Network (OAN), announced Thursday the formal launch of the National White House Correspondents Association (NWHCA).

Rion’s new organization has begun accepting applications by invitation only, according to a press release.

NWHCA’s first phase mission aims to accomplish the following:

    • Bring more balance and diverse questions in the White House briefing room
    • Foster meaningful discussion and debate at the White House
    • Restore free and open press coverage in the briefing room and coverage of the White House
“The NWHCA seeks to restore balance and diversity of viewpoints in White House news coverage. The American public is served best when all voices are heard and the President’s message is unfiltered. According to Rion the WHCA has maneuvered almost all balance and diversity out of the White House correspondents’ pool and briefing room demonstrating daily that they consider America’s free press the exclusive property of the “progressive” reformers of Washington. This is not representative of free and balanced press.”

Expert Analysis on Steve Bannon: “He Faces Essentially the Same Odds in New York as He Would Have Had Under the Soviet Judiciary”

........The indictment says that “We Build the Wall” raised $30 million. It claims Bannon took around $1 million to a non-profit he controls. It then says that he paid his personal expenses with some of the funds, even though the organization said it was a “volunteer organization.” That could be as simple as “We Build the Wall” paying Bannon’s non-profit for fundraising services and paying Bannon for his expenses. Can a “volunteer organization” occasionally pay people for work above and beyond the call of a volunteer? Of course they can, but federal prosecutors will use that nonsense stretch to claim it was effectively defrauding donors because Bannon was actually being paid.

Should a person involved with a non-profit incriminate himself if he tells ‘the public’ that an organization is a volunteer one even if some people are paid? If one says that all funds go to the mission of the organization, doesn’t the fundraising needs of the organization fulfill that mission? The implications of saying no effectively opens almost every operating non-profit of any size to selective prosecution.

In a non-politicized judiciary, the question would be whether any donor made their donation relying on that statement, which is almost assuredly that they did not. The statement is not “material” and the “reliance” by the donor is likely near-zero. But again, from the example of Steve Stockman, the two donors involved in that case both said they didn’t care how the money was spent, didn’t check in on it, and wouldn’t have anyway because the amounts were so small. In political trials the facts don’t matter, and Bannon, like with Stockman, will suffer from a media avalanche of criticism swaying the jury and judge to push him into prison.

    ........
The glaring reason this case is in federal court, especially the notoriously political Southern District of New York, is because of politics.

    .........

Steve Bannon may be guilty and he may be innocent of the charges, he may also be innocent or guilty of other unindicted conduct. But no one should think that innocence will save him from conviction or prison, just ask Steve Stockman. After all, he faces essentially the same odds in New York as he would have had under the Soviet judiciary.

I saw that news. Sure hope it isn't true.

However, the triple-amputee man and his "hot" wife are now living lavishly after they raked in a lot of $$$ via their Go Fund Me "Build The Wall."

Glad to say I didn't contribute a penny. It's enough not being able to trust government agencies.

  9. Need to read this background:

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...s-essentially-odds-new-york-soviet-judiciary/

Remember, this is the corrupt Manhattan court that's also on a fishing expedition for Trump's taxes for no established reason. They've been after Bannon for years. This is probably normal expense for upkeep of a non-profit. They won't touch Clinton Foundation, Epstein garbage but instead go after a triple-amputee. Those who did contribute have no quarrel....they understand the manipulation of normal funds that go to administration....exaggerated a usual by the swamp. But as the above article says
“He Faces Essentially the Same Odds in New York as He Would Have Had Under the Soviet Judiciary”!

Soros paid judges are everywhere....He spent millions to elect the most inept and corrupt judges in strategic places. OAN had a kind of exposee of that today.

  10. Creepy Mueller Gang Leader Andrew Weissmann Appears Connected to SDNY Hit Job on Former Trump Strategist Steve Bannon

This past week former Trump Team Strategist Steve Bannon was indicted with three others on charges related to their building a wall on the Southern border by the SDNY. This indictment screams of Andrew Weissmann corruption and prosecutorial abuse.

As we reported previously, dirty cop Robert Mueller and his deputy in crime Andrew Weissmann indicted a number of innocent individuals and companies of crimes over the years. Mueller is a crook and so is Weissmann who was at Hillary’s inauguration party and was informed of the fake Russia dossier in its very early days in 2016. (Of course, Weissmann never considered this a conflict of interest preventing him from joining the Mueller investigative team. )

Here is a list of the innocent lives and companies destroyed by these two crooks –

1 Audit firm Arthur Andersen and its 80,000 plus employees –

Sydney Powell recently was on with Mark Levin on his show on FOX News and she described the actions taken by former FBI Head Robert Mueller during the Enron case in the early 2000’s. Powell wrote LICENSED TO LIE: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice after seeing a core group of federal prosecutors break all the rules, make up crimes, hide evidence, and send innocent people to prison in the Enron case. When she saw them promoted to the top of the US legal system at the DOJ and FBI she had had enough.

Powell discusses how Mueller hand picked Weissmann wanting this corrupt attorney on his team –

Mueller and Weissmann made up a crime that resulted in the complete destruction of Arthur Andersen and the loss of more than 80,000 jobs for those employed by this corporation. This crime was eventually overturned by the US Supreme Court unanimously but it was far too late for all involved because the company was totally destroyed years before the Supreme Court decision.

    2. Enron Employees –

Mueller and Weissmann not only attacked innocents using the full might of the US government, they also committed crimes. In recently uncovered documents from the Enron case, Weissmann threatened a witness –

A.G. Barr on 'Public Education:' 'That's a Racist System Maintained by the Democratic Party and the Teachers Union'

If you want to find "systemic racism" in America, then look no further than the public schooling system, which is "maintained by the Democratic Party and the teachers' unions," said Attorney General William P. Barr. The entire system keeps "inner-city kids in failing schools," he added.

"And people talk about implicit racism or systemic racism," said Barr during an Aug. 13 interview on Hannity. "The racism in this country, look no further than our public education system."

"That's a racist system, maintained by the Democratic Party and the teachers union," he said, "keeping inner-city kids in failing schools, instead of putting the resources in the hands of the parents to choose the schools to send their kids to."

"That's empowering kids," said Barr. "That's giving them a future."

  14. Pretty darn amazing! Hope to catch her tomorrow on the Repub. Convention broadcast.

CNA Staff, Aug 24, 2020 / 04:00 pm MT (CNA).- A surgeon, retired army officer, missionary, and Catholic religious sister is among the featured speakers at this week’s Republican National Convention. The convention, which takes place over four days this week, will officially nominate President Donald Trump for reelection.

Sr. Deirdre “Dede” Byrne, POSC, was announced as a speaker by the Trump campaign on Sunday, and she has one of the most unique resumes of any speaker to address the convention. A retired colonel in the U.S. Army and a member of the Little Workers of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, Byrne has served overseas as a soldier and a missionary.

Raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., as one of seven children, Byrne graduated from Virginia Tech before starting medical school at Georgetown. While there, she entered the Army as a way to cover her tuition and ended up serving for 29 years as both a doctor and a surgeon.

Following medical school, she worked from 1982 until 1985 in the field of family medicine and was a full-time Army officer from 1982 until 1989. After that, she went on to serve as a missionary from 1989 until 1990, while remaining in the Army reserve, and she completed a second residency in general surgery in 1997 - the same year in which she met Mother Teresa. Byrne was tasked to be on standby for any medical needs that might occur during the future saint’s visit to Washington.

During her time in the military, she discerned a religious vocation, a call she has said she felt she always had, and was encouraged by a priest to find a religious order that would not require her to give up her work in the medical field.

Her discernment led Byrne to the Little Workers of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, an Italian pontifical institute founded in the late 19th century with the primary apostolates of teaching and medical care, and present in Washington since 1954.

Byrne entered formation with the Little Workers in 2002, and professed her first vows in 2004. While in formation, she was still a member of the Army Reserve, and was deployed three times. After a deployment to Afghanistan in 2008, her order requested that she retire from the military, which she did in 2009, before professing her final vows in 2011.

Bryne is scheduled to speak on day three of the Republican convention and Trump has praised her work in the military and medical fields in the past. In his July 4, 2019, address called the “Salute to America,” the president featured a reference to Byrne.

“From our earliest days, Americans of faith have uplifted our nation. This evening we’re joined by Sister Deirdre Byrne. Sister Byrne is a retired Army surgeon who served for nearly 30 years,” said Trump.

“On September 11, 2001, the sister raced to Ground Zero, through smoke and debris, she administered first aid and comfort to all. Today Sister Byrne runs a medical clinic serving the poor in our nation’s capital. Sister, thank you for your lifetime of service. Thank you.”

According to a profile from the GIVEN Institute, she is presently the superior of the Washington house of the Little Workers, and works at a medical clinic.

Watched Melania Trump's speech from the white House Rose Garden tonight, it was straight from the heart. Following her speech the President and First Lady walked through the beautifully lit Collanade, something about that moment gave me goosebumps.
    From the First Lady's speech...
"I also ask people to stop the violence and looting being done in the name of justice. And never make assumptions based on the color of a person's skin. Instead of tearing things down, let's reflect on our mistakes. Be proud of our evolution and look to our way forward. Every day let us remember that we are one nation under God and we need to cherish one another. My husband's administration has worked to try and affect change when it comes to issues around race and religion in this country. ... My husband knows how to make a real change. From the day that I met him, he has only wanted to make this country the best it can be."

Shots fired at Trump supporters, including children, who were just waving flags in South Carolina

Supporters of President Donald Trump said that shots were fired at them from a vehicle as they were waving flags during a public political demonstration.

POLL: Who had the best speech at Night 1 of the RNC?
The incident unfolded Monday evening in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

The Fort Mill Police Department said in a statement posted to its Facebook page that the officers were called to the demonstration at about 6:50 p.m.

Demonstrators told them that three men in a vehicle drove by their group several times and yelled obscenities at them. They claimed that the driver of the vehicle extended his hand out with what appeared to be a gun and they heard gunshots ring out.

"All of a sudden you know bang bang bang bang bang bang bang," Matthew Ostrowski said to WBTV.

"It was ridiculous. There were kids everywhere," he added. "They drove by really slow and saw everybody, so they knew exactly who was there."

Later a highway patrol officer found the vehicle abandoned nearby. Police stopped a second car driving in the vicinity of the first car when the trooper noticed one of the riders wore clothing that matched the description they were given by witnesses.

Police say two of the men in the second car were released after an investigation, but a third, 23-year-old Marquise Damarius Asomani from Charlotte, was arrested.

They charged him with six counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, one count of unlawful carrying of a pistol, one count of pointing and presenting firearms at a person, and one count of possession of a firearm during a violent crime.

He was placed under a $75,000 bond and held at the York County Detention Center.
