Ah....very interesting.

 

I feel sure we need to be wrapped in St. Joseph's cloak now. I feel an urgent need to pray this and I will start on July 1'st. For the pope- the church, my country, and my husband and family. And wow, HH, " Wonder if Giuseppe is going to be the name of a future Holy Pope?" I will remember the name Giuseppe and pray for a future pope.

 

Ummm, OK, I've looked at the Holy Cloak Novena Ahh, that is a lot of prayers! Has anyone ever prayed this novena? I mean you actually go through that whole list and pray all those prayers- every day?

I haven't but I know Fr. Calloway is a wonderful priest and I love to hear him speak. I have considered it but have not done it yet.

 

Fr. Calloway is a very holy Priest. We met him at the Divine Mercy Shrine several years ago and he was handing out Miraculous Medals. His talks are incredibly wonderful and many have spoken well of his Consecration book to St. Joseph.

Hi Sam wonderful Prayer. I have made it a number of times. While you are doing the Novena pray also for the souls in purgatory get them in on it, it is very powerful. My prayers were always answered.

 

I noticed in the prayers at the beginning they say to pray for the Holy Souls and recommend some prayers. Their prayers are so powerful.

Wow, just wow. My daughter just told me the middle name of her baby boy is Joseph. She and her husband (who is not Catholic) couldn't agree on the middle name, but found one they liked. St Joseph, terror of demons, pray for us. What a good name to have in these times!

 

I am going to try to join the Holy Cloak prayers starting July 1 as well.

 

I've done it, but only once. It is a lot of prayers but if you put aside the time each day, maybe give up something else in your day that is time consuming and non essential, it is very doable and doesn't feel as long after the first couple of days. I prayed it when I needed a job, and then I got a job . It was the very job I had been hoping to get for years.
